6th Nov 2026 (2 days ago)Nick Griffith Estate Agents was brilliant from start to finish. Dee is outstanding and kept us updated at every stage, always responded quickly, and chased everything through so we never had to worry about things stalling.
It's a small firm, but you get a big-firm level of professionalism and experience. In our view they're a cut above anyone else in this area, they really care about what they do.
I wouldn't use anyone else and would highly recommend Dee, Nick and the team to anyone thinking of moving ??????

Vanessa and Joe have been fantastic and most of all proactive in all aspects of our sale.

16th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)I rented through cj hole for over 3 years in Cheltenham. I just want to say, the agents are extremely helpful especially Sigita and Nathan (my 2 main points of contact). Sigita was the manager for the flat i was in, she was very responsive and communicative and has dealt with every single thing very promptly and helpfully. And same with Nathan, he didnt manage the flat i was in, but had been also a direct point of contact for me at CJ hole and was always supportive in times of need. Thank you Sigita and Nathan for making my rental period very nice and smooth! The flat itself was given to me in a great state and it was very lovely and comfortable to live in for the period of time i was there. I recommend!

29th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older
(i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS.
they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.
30th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)I would recommend Cook Residential to anyone - didn't have much contact with the sales team as they got our property sold in just 3 days! But they were very friendly, professional and great to deal with. I have to give a massive shout out to Emma in the sales progression team, who was our contact throughout and was just amazing. We had a hard road with the solicitors on both ends of our chain and Emma was so proactive at keeping in communication with both to keep things moving, rather than just waiting for me to do all the chasing. She always knew what was going on and what action I needed to take, and kept us informed all the way through. Our buyers decided to try the classic ask for money off just before exchange tactic, and her negotiation skills steered us through what was a very stressful and emotional period. The entire sales progression team is brilliant, I often spoke to Victoria and Grace as well as others, and although I'm sure they must have been sick of me by the end, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. I genuinely think the whole chain would have collapsed if not for the team at Cook, and I can't thank them enough for all their hard work. I felt like everyone there had my back all the way through, whether it was representing us to the other agents and solicitors or just talking me down when it got frustrating. Just a lovely team of people. Absolutely 5 stars!
