Website shows you can have a free valuation of your home. After deciding we would like to move, but needing to know how much our house is worth before really looking, i thought i would try CJ Hole for a valuation. Only to be told "we cant help you".
I presume this is because they dont want to help if you dont have a house lined up or an eye on one to buy. How are you meant to know what houses to look at if you dont know the budget?
After asking why, i was told "we dont really deal with that side of Cheltenham". Although our next door neighbours was sold via Cj Hole and is only 7minutes away.
Will be using another estate agents to sell our house with who actually seem to want to help.

Exceptional service with the most friendliest staff. Ethan took ownership and helped me and Mrs to find a house when we were looking for a rental home.
He went out of his way by recommending houses that he thought that may suit us.
I then got on to the habit of looking for houses that CJhole was hosting as it was a lot easier to deal with him than many any other agent who was full of attitude. I have recommended CJ hole to many mates and Ethan and the team has been great.
Even after I rented the property, I never had to wait to get anything done as they property management services is extremely good.
I recommend this place wholeheartedly and would be my go to place in the future as well.

First Class Service Throughout
My daughter rented through Cheltenham CJ Hole and they were consistently professional, friendly and efficient from start to finish. From viewing properties, to moving in, maintenance tasks during the rental and moving out, all stress free and a pleasure to deal with.
The added ask was that my daughter has special needs and was nervous of strangers, CJ were alway empathetic and fully understood the need for clear communication and trusting understanding individuals, it was always handled so well.
Special thanks to Orrin who was there at the start, Charlotte during the rental and Justin during moving out.
This was a massive step for my daughter, thanks to all at CJ for making it such a positive experience. Very, very grateful and I highly recommend CJ Hole. Sincere thanks to all concerned. Well done.

Property management is appalling. Lack of communication and no compassion for their tenants. I reported a WASTE WATER leak in January that has destroyed the exterior of the building and the garden and has left stagnant waste water in our garden for months and now in May i am yet to see the building be repaired, even after environmental health declaring this a hazard to public health - no sense of urgency to actually fix the repair, no compensation, not even an ounce of empathy from any of the property management team or the owners. I chase the issue and just get ignored.
Minor issues may get looked at but not worth the risk with this company.

I recently sold through CJ Hole, I was thinking about using a low cost company like purple bricks, but I decided to go through a local estate agents….. I’m so glad I did! Not only did they get us full asking price, but the after sales service (Jenni) was amazing, their local relationships with solicitors and other businesses kept a tricky chain in place. They went the extra mile which I don’t think you would get from others. Highly recommended.

We recently rented a property in Cheltenham. Being new to the city, CJ Hole were extremely supportive throughout the move-in process. My partner who visited to do the viewing felt welcomed by the letting agent Oli's personality and approach during the visit. We were assured of the important aspects of renting a flat in the area such as safety, community and facilities available. These were essential in helping us decide on the flat as our new home.
The application process was swift, smooth, and easy. Oli and Zara from the CJ Hole team handled all the admin work with extreme transparency and professionalism. They not only provided clarity to our questions but also understood some of our special circumstances and worked with us to find solutions that ensured peace of mind
