19th Aug 2024 (7 mo. ago)I would not recommend Beresford Adams. They only contacted me twice in 16 weeks. We had no viewings. They said the market was slow and we not in a hurry to sell. Now we have to wait another 14 days for them to do a final notice. What is that? Before we can to another estate agent.no

10th Mar 2025 (17 days ago)Although the property took a long time to sell that was more market conditions and the type of property than any defect with J&R. All the staff (Nick, Louise & Ebony) were unfailingly polite and helpful and the entire process was quite stress-free. I would recommend J&R to my friends.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

7th Oct 2022 (2 years ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????
4th Mar 2025 (23 days ago)I recently had Darren from Williams Estates Rhyl visit to value my property. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Rather than focusing on the strengths of his own company or providing valuable insights about my property, the majority of the appointment was spent making disparaging remarks about a previous estate agent who had just left. It felt unprofessional and unnecessarily negative. I was hoping for a constructive and informative valuation, but instead, it became an awkward and unproductive conversation. First impressions matter, and sadly, this was not a good one. He seems like he is a very insecure little man and should speak to somebody about this before he loses Williams Estates even more sales.

She communicated our queries to the landlady and came back with the assurance that we were looking for. Throughout the whole process we were guided along the way to a successfully acceptance by the landlady of the property that we were applying to rent. To Helen we wish her our kindest Regards. Their expertise goes beyond the ordinary realms of agricultural good practice, with a team member at Rostons always able to assist no matter the issue at hand.
