Every experience I have had with Longsons has been really positive. The video tours of the properties created due to the Covid-19 restrictions give a great representation of the properties, and they are always prompt, cheerful and professional. My sale was handled by Imogen, who has been absolutely exceptional. I couldn't commend Longsons, and Imogen in particular, highly enough.

Reeds Rain provided an excellent service to us. Tom in particular was so helpful in getting information that we needed from either the seller or the solicitors. Very polite and nothing was ever too much bother, thanks again Tom and team Reeds Rain !! definitely would recommend to people I know.

I'm living in a house at present, which is being sold by the landlord, and the landlords paying extra for reads rains to promote and push for a sale, we've had 3 viewings in 3 weeks and on 2 occasions no member of reeds rains has been present to show them around the house, it's been left to my wife and I, if this is how the company portrays itself, I can't ever see them winning estate agents of the year.

Dawn Parry was blunt from the start when I enquired about one of their properties for sale. She should not be selling anything let alone someones property. At the end of our emails, Instead of arranging a viewing she said " I will give you a call within the next few days and arrange an alternative date." as I was not able to do the one time offered to me. Two weeks later I contacted Dawn asking why she had not contacted me, she said she did not have the correct number. I asked why she did not email me if that was the case and Dawn replied with "I have received 100s of emails regarding this property and did not have the time to trawl through them all again." Exactly what you want from an estate agent, Good Job Dawn!
A customer service course may do well for Dawn. Makes sense that the only good review is from someone who shares the same surname... Do not sell your property with Jones Peckover as they just "Don't have time"....

Williams helped me to sell a property in Rhuddlan. They conducted all the viewings on my behalf and we achieved full asking price within a week of the property being put on the market. Both during the process and after the sale completed they continued the negotiations and chasing conveyancers to ensure a swift completion. I would recommend Williams Rhyl to anyone seeking a hassle free sale with sound local knowledge and professionalism which exceeds expectation. Even from a buyers perspective, I think they have been exceptionally helpful, the team at Williams have ensured that the link between vendor and buyer continued post completion in terms of answering general property queries.

I felt that I experienced poor customer service from Williams estates in Rhyl. While purchasing my first home I felt hounded at times by staff members over matters that were out of my control. I had numerous phone calls about paperwork which I had signed and posted to my solicitors which caused a large amount over stress and anxiety as I had no control over when they would be delivered! (Who would know this information about the postal service especially with adverse weather factors?!!!) I felt that staff members really should have been contacting my solicitors about this instead of putting so much pressure on me. I honestly felt bullied at times after these phone calls which often left me in tears.
