3rd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)When my parents passed away I was left with the difficult and emotional task of of selling their house. I called three local estate agents. I chose Stags of Truro. They looked after the process totally and gave me some sage advice particularly when one buyer pulled out. I must give a shout out to Angela Hunsdon who was a pleasure to deal with she always kept me informed as to what was happening at all times and Ian Osborne who talked me through the whole process.

11th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)I would highly recommend. It took an absolute age for our sale to go through due to the constant questions, nit picking and foot dragging by our buyers solicitor. Liz Kevern kept us on an even keel throughout when there were times when we felt like throwing the towel in. Her sensible advice and local knowledge were invaluable. She stayed connected throughout the whole process and was very approachable. Thanks to the sales staff's efforts also. Ours was not an easy property to sell but Claire finally managed it. Must not forget the admin staff either. Our thanks to all.

Special mention to Tracy who was exceptional at keeping in touch and updating us throughout. Excellent agents who we would certainly recommend.

31st Aug 2026 (18 days ago)We engaged Martin Durber for the sale of our house and it was such a pleasure to deal with an estate agent that actually listens to the home owner as to what they want from the sale , Martin did what he said and sold our home on the first viewing , it's the total professional way he presents your home quality photos and videos and a honest description of the house, while the sale is proceeding you here very little from Tamar estates seemed a bit worrying at first after previous dealings with estate agents but as Martin said he's done his job selling it it's now the conveyancing side turn to do there job, if I need an estate agent again then yes I would use Martin at Tamar estates again it's a shame he's not nationwide as I've moved to the other side of the country now. Thank you Tamar estates for the best selling experience I've had and there's been a few house sales over the years
