We were kept informed throughout the process and whenever we wanted to view the property again she made herself available and answered any questions we had, putting us at ease and making the whole process a lot easier for us.<br>Highly recommended!

8th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)I would use these agents again definitely. From viewing to check-in to check-out I am pleased with the agents. Especially Debbie, who did the checks during our tenancy, her communication, knowledge and action was 1st class. The paperwork process initially was clear and simple. We reported faults and they were acted upon with expediency. When the in home checks were carried out Debbie made me feel comfortable whilst identifying or pointing out issues and solutions. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Seems like a lovely company to work with based on my experience, we rented via Oliver Minton for 15months. I would recommend highly.

Pragmatic, well balanced, didn’t over promise and delivered well on what they said, keeping us well informed all the way through. Both were also very good sounding boards. Very different to our experience with another well known local agent prior to this. Would highly recommend.

The information pack was comprehensive and contained much useful information. The sales team were all helpful and friendly each of them having the background of my property sale at their fingertips. Thus ensuring great communication between us.

My house sale was complicated and, from the very start and throughout the process, Nicola put herself out to provide accurate and realistic information. She also gave me lots of her time to help me think things through. She always went the extra mile and I'm grateful for the service she, and sometimes her colleagues, provided.

14th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)Ensum Brown, and in particular, Gabriella, have been simply outstanding.<br><br>From arrangement of the first viewing, meeting Gabriella and viewing the property, through to arranging the tenancy, all the queries that came up in the interim and then moving day and beyond, the level of service has been exceptional.<br><br>Gabriella has always responded fully and clearly to all our questions (in a very timely fashion) and has supported us with each step of the process. Now that we’re moved in and had something further to query, once again the responsiveness and support have been great.<br><br>I have rented homes in a number of countries and had to deal with a good number of agents over the years. This has been by far the best experience.<br><br>Well done to the Ensum Brown team on setting such a strong example of how the industry should operate and once again well done and thank you to Gabriella.

He was highly organised, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly carried out thorough research before offering advice - everything was backed by insight, rather than guesswork.<br><br>His communication was excellent throughout the entire process: responsive, transparent, and professional. What impressed me most was the personal service. Unlike my previous experiences with larger high-street and franchise estate agents, I never felt like just another client.
