12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Wouldn’t recommend!<br>I have raised several concerns about one of their tenants, to Helen & the MD but nothing has been done. Emails are ignored or replied to months later with inadequate excuses, since they moved in in December 2025!<br>I am writing this review at 4 am, having been kept up until 11 pm with the 8 year old child screaming like a banshee again and now being woken up with him banging around the house!<br>I have lived at my property for four years, and the last year has been a total nightmare!

13th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)We have just sold our House through Colebrook Sturrock, Sandwich branch, in April 2026. From initial valuation to completing on our sale took just 7 weeks and was incredibly stress free. Our sale was handled by Sarah who has been fantastic from start to finish. This is not a one-off experience as we have bought and sold houses through Sarah before and can honestly say that she is, hands down, the best estate agent we have ever dealt with! Sarah really knows her stuff, but above all she’s a great communicator with a human touch, which really does make both buying and selling a pleasure. We have had the best experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Colebrook Sturrock.??????????

He is incredibly sharp and knowledgable within his job, and was patient with me every step of the way. You can see he has a very kind soul which is rare nowadays, and it was a pleasure to work with him. Highly recommended- 14th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Everyone at finns sandwich made the selling of the house as straightforward as it can be. They were extremely helpful and honest about the whole process always replying promptly to our enquiries.

I wanted a quick sale so that my aunt could move into a care home and he achieved this, His recommendations for a solicitor and a house clearer were also very good. I am very grateful to him and would recommend the firm
24th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Not a completely awful experience. But despite explaining at the valuation that they worked for us and not the buyer, they seemed to be more interested in the buyers needs than ours, trying to get us to accept rubbish offers. In the end, we didn’t listen to them and got a better deal because of it. They also were constant with communication, which could be helpful except they updated us with essentially no update. However, they were quick in listing and had a great online set up with photos etc and were on target with initial valuation. Definitely feels like part of a big firm now, which has it’s benefits and drawbacks.

She provided excellent service throughout the whole process and was always friendly, professional, helpful and responsive. As I am not a very fluent English speaker, I especially appreciated how patient and encouraging Gabrielle was. She always made an effort to understand what I meant and made communication very easy and comfortable for me. It was a real pleasure dealing with Gabrielle, and I really appreciated her support and excellent communication throughout the process. I would also like to thank the other members of the team, who were very helpful, friendly and professional. Everyone I dealt with provided excellent service and made the whole experience smooth and positive.
14th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Have been letting my second home in Canterbury since about 1999. Couldn't have picked a better Letting Agent. Well, you don't stay with the same organisation for over a quarter century if they are not looking after your interests in a highly competant manner.<br>Jade Clubb, is the latest Sandersons staff member looking after my interest, though I have never been dissapointed with any of Sandersons staff who I have crossed paths with over the years.
31st Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
