16th Jan 2025 (10 days ago)Just saw a past review here of a person complaint that when looking to rent with these agents, they will want to hold on to your deposit which is a questionable practice. Such bad reviews are a warning to intending renters. Thus, Anyone looking to rent with them, have a good rethink about it unless you want to let go of your deposit.

A special mention goes to Sean, the incredibly talented photographer, and Rory Murray, my dedicated Sales Consultant. Rory was always just a call or email away when I needed him, and his professionalism and expertise truly stood out. He kept me thoroughly updated throughout the entire selling process and offered fantastic advice every step of the way. Rory is a real credit to MOV8, and I’ll genuinely miss our interactions. Highly recommend!
1st Nov 2024 (12 weeks ago)Very unprofessional. We are due to remortgage, agreed on a face to face appointment. The day before both of us received several messages, phone calls to remind us and to confirm if we were still ok to go. When we arrived and told why we were there we were told it should have been a phone appointment as the mortgage advisor was not even there. No, it should have been a face to face meeting as the confirmation email stated.
18th Jan 2024 (1 year ago)I was initially sceptical about placing our property on the market in October however, the reassurance from Gavin and his team quickly erased any doubts and the first class presentation which included over 50 stunning photographs of the house resulted in a sale after only two day's of being advertised. A first class service offering extremely good value and advice and one i couldn't recommend highly enough.

We decided upon Your Move because of the professional and reassuring manner by which we were dealt with. The process from start to finish was seamless and we were impressed that our points of contact was limited to Lisa and Fiona, both of whom were always aware of our current situation. The flat was visited by Lisa and she was clear in her expectations in regards to a suitable tenant and this was reflected in the viewers. We were delighted with our tenant who we feel meets our expectations. The main point in any review is whether we would use Your Move Falkirk again and we happily would do so,

25th Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)They’re horrible after end of tenancy. They ask hell lot of charges for cleaning. It looks like harassment in the name of cleaning. Their cleaners quote different amount before end of tenancy but after your tenancy will end this gets inflated to exorbitant amount. Please avoid them . You’ll get email from Louis after end of tenancy and would never come back with clear communications.

From our very first interaction, their professionalism and local knowledge shone through. The entire team were consistently responsive and went above and beyond to help us through each stage of the process. What particularly stood out was their attention to detail and how they made us feel like a priority, always taking time to answer our questions thoroughly. They maintained excellent communication throughout, keeping us updated at every step. Their friendly, approachable manner combined with their efficiency made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable and well-organized. Having now experienced their service firsthand, I can see why they have such a strong reputation in Dunblane. I would highly recommend Cathedral City Estates to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He dealt with the selling of our old property and the purchase of a new one and provided a first class, seamless experience from start to finish, the process actually became stress free for us and we were kept informed every step of the way. Would highly recommend!

We have been blown away by their service with how they handled us, especially keeping calm in somewhat stressful situations. We were never let down from Morgan or Rosscoe. Their knowledge of the market and how to navigate through potentially tricky situations always amazed me. I have no issues recommending them to any readers of this review. A massive thank you again for all your hard work, your out of hours emails to keep us in the loop and fully updated throughout the course of our sale.
