28th May 2024 (9 weeks ago)I've been very happy with the level of service so far from Castlebrae. Many letting agencies wouldn't even respond to my rental enquiries, once they realised I lived outside the UK. Thanks to Jill Brooks and the rest of the team at Castlebrae, my husband and I were able to find a lovely rental very close to his work. We look forward to working with Castlebrae in the future.
1st Jul 2024 (26 days ago)I have been going into the office of Slater Hogg & Howison in Falkirk for a few weeks now and found them to be very nice and helpful. Pamela Bell the manager and her team tried to find me a property and kindly showed me round a few houses. Every time I went into the office I found them to be very welcoming and professional. 18th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)I was initially sceptical about placing our property on the market in October however, the reassurance from Gavin and his team quickly erased any doubts and the first class presentation which included over 50 stunning photographs of the house resulted in a sale after only two day's of being advertised. A first class service offering extremely good value and advice and one i couldn't recommend highly enough.

2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)I appreciate the staffs and their efforts. However, very unfortunately, at least some (if not all) pictures of the properties are too old and so are misleading. I drove 3.5 hours to Stirling to view the property at 10A Upper Craigs, to which I said I was even ready to pay the deposit even without viewing the property. The advertised images were fantastic but when I was stressed to come for a viewing, and I did, it was a messed up property which had all doors broken, walls leaking/dripping, punch-broken doors, hung cabinets and unclean floor and shelfs. The place also had bugs and insects and showed no signs of maintenance.
23rd Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)The team at the Falkirk branch were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Caitlin McFarlane who made our experience enjoyable and the whole process easy. They were genuinely happy for us when we got the house; a great team and would definitely recommend them!
26th Sep 2023 (10 mo. ago)I requested a visit for a valuation at Allen & Harris estate agents and had a date booked. I was allocated an estate agent from the start and he made contact with me by email to introduce himself. This gave me reassurance and comfort that I had a direct contact with an estate agent from the beginning and I didn't have to call a shop and wait to be put through to speak to an estate agent. Due to a change of circumstances I had to change date of valuation and contacted Tony my estate agent to see if he could attend my home that same day. To my surprise Tony fitted me in for a valuation the same day! I was delighted with the service. It was unhurried, straight to the point and most importantly I didn't feel under pressure to choose them. The whole visit was finished within 45 mins which suited me as I had other things to do that day. More importantly Allen & Harris had the best rates compared to other estate agents. Since choosing Allen & Harris I have been in contact with my estate agent Tony nearly everyday asking questions and finalising my plans. Tony always returns my emails promptly and nothing is ever a hassle! I wasn't looking forward to having estate agents visit my house and listen to their marketing spiel but Tony was different and made choosing an estate agents easier than expected. I would highly recommend Tony at Allen & Harris, Stirling.

Peter and his team know what they are doing and provide the standard of service you would expect from a company at this level, easily. I cannot recommend Savills highly enough and will certainly use them again in any property sale or purchase.

Quite different from my experience with other estate agents whom I have used in the past. 100% top class service

The whole process of selling my house and buying a new build property went very smoothly thanks to all the team at Nest. Always available to take my calls, quick to answer my queries and going above and beyond to minimise the stress of moving house. I cannot recommend Nest highly enough. They are a credit to the industry and I wish Lyndsay and all the team every success in the future.

From the start, they were incredibly helpful and always gave honest advice. Their knowledge and professionalism were obvious, and they consistently provided valuable insights on the buying process in Scotland, which is slightly different from England. Our first thoughts were they are a good local estate agents after viewing a couple of properties with them. When we found our dream home, we were delighted it was being sold through them. What really stood out was their responsiveness. Nicola, Pam, and Morven always got back to us quickly, ensuring we never felt out of the loop. Even when one was unavailable, they all seemed to know exactly what was happening with the purchase. This level of communication was reassuring and made a huge difference throughout the process. Thanks to their efficiency, the entire purchase went smoothly. If your first impression is like ours, then you can expect that to continue throughout the process. 20th Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Jack at Paul Rolfe Estate Agents, highly enough. He is such a nice young man and very conscientious, delivering first class service for both seller and buyer. Very personable and easy to deal with, throughout the whole process of selling Jack applied attention to detail, listened intently, and did a sterling job with the marketing materials. One felt he was on the journey with you and really believed in your home, offering careful advice and assistance in how to make it look at its best. The house sold quickly and easily. Jack is the sort of person one can easily trust to be in the house and to take care of viewings without needing to be there. He really does his homework. Where Paul Rolfe estate agents came into their own was in the negotiations to sell. They have a finely honed gentle approach that works wonders, and makes sure everyone’s needs are met. All of the staff are a pleasure to deal with. Big thanks to them all.
24th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
