26th Sep 2023 (6 mo. ago)I requested a visit for a valuation at Allen & Harris estate agents and had a date booked. I was allocated an estate agent from the start and he made contact with me by email to introduce himself. This gave me reassurance and comfort that I had a direct contact with an estate agent from the beginning and I didn't have to call a shop and wait to be put through to speak to an estate agent. Due to a change of circumstances I had to change date of valuation and contacted Tony my estate agent to see if he could attend my home that same day. To my surprise Tony fitted me in for a valuation the same day! I was delighted with the service. It was unhurried, straight to the point and most importantly I didn't feel under pressure to choose them. The whole visit was finished within 45 mins which suited me as I had other things to do that day. More importantly Allen & Harris had the best rates compared to other estate agents. Since choosing Allen & Harris I have been in contact with my estate agent Tony nearly everyday asking questions and finalising my plans. Tony always returns my emails promptly and nothing is ever a hassle! I wasn't looking forward to having estate agents visit my house and listen to their marketing spiel but Tony was different and made choosing an estate agents easier than expected. I would highly recommend Tony at Allen & Harris, Stirling.

Peter and his team know what they are doing and provide the standard of service you would expect from a company at this level, easily. I cannot recommend Savills highly enough and will certainly use them again in any property sale or purchase.

10th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Cannot highly recommend enough Aberdein Considine Stirling if you are looking to sell your home. Professional, efficient service and excellent communication from the start. Quite different from my experience with other estate agents whom I have used in the past. 100% top class service

9th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)Absolutely would NOT recommend to anyone. Poor service. Impolite staff. Scraping the bottom of the barrel to take your deposit, after being forced to leave after only 7 month tenancy due to the poor condition of the property overall, from weeks without heating and cooker/ oven, to damp and mould issues causing illness to name only a few. You have to chase everything as promises to call you back don’t happen, they don’t want to deal with it and can’t get you off the phone quick enough when there’s issues. I could honestly go on and on about all the service failings throughout. Felt forced to accept a ridiculous deposit reduction as I could not deal with the stress they had caused any longer throughout and after the tenancy. Would NEVER trust to rent a property through them again personally. *EDIT To your response, you’re very good at passing blame to the landlord, you failed to accept responsibility for your service shortcomings, failed to acknowledge the poor condition of the property i had to live in, or rude staff encounters. I tend to only leave positive reviews, this has nothing to do with "a kick on the way out". Northwood Falkirk has been far from a delight to deal with, thats all.

The viewing schedule was a smooth process and after 6 days we accepted an offer on our property. Stuart’s advice was invaluable and I would have no hesitation in recommending Walker Wylie and in fact I have already done so.

10th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)I just recently sold my house with Paul Rolfe in the Stirling Office. Jack Ivatt was my contact and he was professional open and efficient in all aspects of the process. The pictures and videos were a great selling point too. My house was sold on the first day of viewing and I bought my new house through Jack as well. I would highly recommend them if you are thinking of buying or selling.

Excellent client service, really personalised, and Roscoe has excellent knowledge of the market. From the initial meeting through to marketing and selling (in just over a week) we couldn’t have been any happier. Roscoe and Morgan checked in along the way, sent updates, and kept in touch until the sale went through. Viewers also commented on the service and referred to the team by name - I haven’t had that with any other estate agent. Excellent service and value for money, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roscoe and the team.

One person in particular went above and beyond in many ways to help my partner and I land our dream flat. We owe Nicola a massive thank you. She cared to REALLY understand what we needed, communicated and negotiated on our behalf and made herself available on WhatsApp even in her own time, late in the evening. We have worked with many estate agents and Nicola is head and shoulders above each of them; persisting to leave both tenants and landlords heard and happy. Nicola is a credit to Foxtons and is what an estate agent should be.
