19th Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)Poor experience with this letting agent, not helped by the tightest landlord (Kate) who wouldn't pay for repairs to be done in a timely manner, leaving our family in tricky circumstances more than once. When they do eventually send someone over to complete the work, it'll be done shoddily. I hope that £43 you managed to claim back via the DPS versus the nearly £800 you asked for is helpful :) To any renters - be under no illusion, the letting agent works for the landlord and is not there to help you in the slightest. This specific letting agents manager will suggest you scrape and replaster the bathroom ceiling (which was poorly maintained by the landlord) yourself "to make the house your own".

23rd May 2026 (27 days ago)They were good in all fairness. I ended up part exchanging my house for a new one so never actually sold. The staff there were very helpful and friendly however.

Whenever we have an issue in our property Saffron is always straight on it and has never failed to not keep in touch with updates and she’s so easy to talk to! She always goes above and beyond to get things sorted and we’ve always appreciated it! So we just want to say thankyou on the behalf of me and my partner :)

Nothing was too much for them. The only reason I gave 3 stars for value for money is that I think Estate Agents fees (all of them) are too high. I would 100% recommend Starkey and Brown. 28th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)I was purchasing a property through Paul Fox and throughout the entire process, including both solicitors failing to communicate and progress, Sharna at Paul Fox was the only one who was proactive, communicative, helpful, and supportive. Getting both of the solicitors to actually communicate properly was like watching two Roombas attempt to knife fight, and Sharna honestly kept me sane. If I decide to sell in the future I'll be using Paul Fox without a doubt.
