10th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)We had been with Greenlands for almost 3 years, they have been very good landlords/agents. Any requests were immediately acted upon, fixing things were very quick. They are respectful of your space - no surprise visits and they always ask for your confirmation. I really like that they manage properties locally so their office is super close to the properties. They are very responsive with the emails, repair requests, questions - anything you need. We got the deposits back really quickly as well. Thank you Will very much for taking care of us!

They made the process very easy, I always knew what was going on and everyone was also very friendly. I would definitely recommend Bennetts to anyone selling a house in the area.
20th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Without doubt, Martin & Co. provide a service that surpasses anything you could possibly ask from a Letting and Management Agent. The quality of care, professionalism and support is outstanding, both for Landlord and Tenant. Dealing with Reece and Ian has been an absolute delight. If I could give them more than 5*, I would.

17th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)Went down auction route , communication poor , didn’t return calls , over valued property, when asked to supply solicitors had to chase up to find who was dealing with it ! Not very impressed with whole experience so far , have used Cobham branch before with move and that was brilliant no issues ! Will wait to see final outcome!- 28th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)We were impressed with Ken Quinn of the Worcester Park office from the start. We therefore asked GPs to handle our sale which became complicated through the withdrawal of somebody further down the chain. Nevertheless Ken and Adrian Capuozzo kept us well informed throughout a very long sale process and were professional and courteous throughout

At all times in this protracted process, they worked hard to keep all parties on track , always responded swiftly to phone queries and emails, and offered a personal and highly professional service . The entire rental process was handled with great professionalism and transparency from start to finish. A massive thank you to Ruby Wilson, who supported us every step of the way. She was incredibly helpful with the referencing process, ensured we received all legal documentation promptly (How to Rent guide, EPC, Gas Safety), and was always quick to respond to our queries regarding the inventory and utility set-ups. It is rare to find an agency that communicates so clearly and makes the moving process so straightforward. If you are looking for a property in the area, I highly recommend Ruby and the team at Greenwood & Co!
