18th Jun 2022 (3 years ago)Wanted to view a few let properties. Was called and was told someone would get back to me after asking if I had pets and they never did. The property was advertised falsely too upon speaking with the agent.
25th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)highly recommend, clearly a very professional company, they take pride in all their properties making sure everything is in place for a comfortable stay, everything is well equipped, and it’s lovely and clean and fresh and communication is brilliant.
2nd Nov 2023 (2 years ago)Was advised to sell by modern auction which proved successful. Estate agent came to my house to help fill in forms re auction which was very helpful as I was selling house for relative in care home.

30th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)I'm shocked to be saying this, but after a few hurried 10-minute property viewings with a teenager who just wants you to hand over your life savings and not bother them further, Graham was a delight. I'm really happy we're in the process of buying a flat through him, an experienced professional and real human being.

1st Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)They offered me to move in, any date I wanted. I chose 3 weeks later. On the day I was due to move in, they had contractors in. I was then told it that electrical works were needed. There was zero communication from them that this was happening. So I had to return a fridge freezer, and also lost money on people taking time off work to help me. Overall, terrible communication from Stace and Co.

Unfortunately we didn't sell due to the collapse, but they were reassuring and so positive throughout. We will use them again when we return on the market later next year.

20th May 2026 (25 days ago)I live in the Dukes close/kings road area where this particular agent looks after several properties. There is one property in particular that really lets the area down and I am astounded it has been allowed to get this bad! The property is so overgrown and blocking the footpath I am finding I am having to push my pushchair out in the road to just pass! Having spoke to a couple of homeowners in the area I believe this has been an ongoing issue for the homeowners for some years and the complaints are never dealt with by Richard Mitham associates I would definitely not recommend this agent.

Regular contact is key- especially if solicitors don’t always seem to consider their clients as the “most important”. He does! It can be a long emotional and draining sales process especially with multiple chains so this was very welcome. He is responsive, he cares & above all had our best interests at all times. An experienced estate agent, ahead of the game & we wish him well building his own business. We are sure he’ll be a great success through referrals & his “can do/ will do” positive attitude.
