18th Jun 2022 (4 years ago)Wanted to view a few let properties. Was called and was told someone would get back to me after asking if I had pets and they never did. The property was advertised falsely too upon speaking with the agent.
25th Oct 2021 (5 years ago)highly recommend, clearly a very professional company, they take pride in all their properties making sure everything is in place for a comfortable stay, everything is well equipped, and it’s lovely and clean and fresh and communication is brilliant.
4th Jul 2022 (4 years ago)terrible attendance. I was attended by a gentleman and I was very embarrassed. I felt like rubbish. me and my husband were treated like nothing. I believe because we are immigrants. I do not recommend this agency to anyone!

30th Oct 2021 (5 years ago)I'm shocked to be saying this, but after a few hurried 10-minute property viewings with a teenager who just wants you to hand over your life savings and not bother them further, Graham was a delight. I'm really happy we're in the process of buying a flat through him, an experienced professional and real human being.

1st Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)They offered me to move in, any date I wanted. I chose 3 weeks later. On the day I was due to move in, they had contractors in. I was then told it that electrical works were needed. There was zero communication from them that this was happening. So I had to return a fridge freezer, and also lost money on people taking time off work to help me. Overall, terrible communication from Stace and Co.

Unfortunately we didn't sell due to the collapse, but they were reassuring and so positive throughout. We will use them again when we return on the market later next year.

19th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)Absolutely appalling company. I put an offer in on a premise to rent. Rang twice to find out if my offer had been accepted. I was told they couldn't get hold of the client, which is fair enough, xhowever I was also told they were going to ring me by the end of the day which they didn't. Day 2 not even a phone with an update.

Regular contact is key- especially if solicitors don’t always seem to consider their clients as the “most important”. He does! It can be a long emotional and draining sales process especially with multiple chains so this was very welcome. He is responsive, he cares & above all had our best interests at all times. An experienced estate agent, ahead of the game & we wish him well building his own business. We are sure he’ll be a great success through referrals & his “can do/ will do” positive attitude.
