His enthusiasm for trying the different approaches for our unusual house paid off almost immediately and we had more viewings in the first week with Robert Luff than we had had in a total of 9 months with other agents, and have now sold the house. Friendly, pro-active and very can-do - I have pleasure in recommending Jamie and the team unreservedly!

I've been looking for a rental and have had Alfie helping and I can say he has definitely gone above and beyond to help. His skills in finding you the right place go above and beyond. I will be spreading the word through family and friends but also can say I don't think there's a better agent than Fox and Son if your looking to move.

With me, my partner and our newborn, she has been great with communication and keeping us updated on when things are being completed. 22nd May 2026 (23 days ago)We were very happy that the Sales Team found some good buyers in a good amount of time - we have found the Sales Team to be dynamic in the past, which is why we initially chose Robert Luff. However, whilst pleased that the sale has finally happened, we have been very disappointed about how long it has taken. In principle it should have been very straightforward, there being no chain. But nothing happened for a long time, and the searches, which should be applied for week 1, only took place after about six weeks, a couple of days after we put in a deadline and John had a discussion with David Graham, the Account Manager in Taylor Rose. It was good that Madison gave John his contact details and suggested they had a conversation. This was after weeks of trying to contact Madison with a view to getting the searches organised. Yes, we appreciate that there were problems with the solicitors, and are very unhappy with their performance on the buyers' side, but we do believe that Madison could have done more chasing. At least a fortnight was lost at the beginning before anyone realised there was a problem, when we started chasing. It was also very difficult to contact Madison. Maybe she had too many other sales to deal with, but she was unavailable to speak nearly every time we tried to contact her. We are looking to put another two-bed house on the market next month. We are very much in two minds about who to put it on with. We have always been pleased with the Sales Team, but the Sale Progression side has never been satisfactory. We would like to have a conversation with a Senior Manager very soon about whether anything could be changed, were we to put another property on the market with you.

22nd May 2026 (23 days ago)The worst estate agent I've ever used! I booked a viewing at a property, but when I arrived at the address, the building wasn't there. I spent over 30 minutes looking for it and asking strangers walking by, but no one had ever heard of it! I called the agent, I emailed the agent, and despite all of this, NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO REPLY TO ME! It's been over a week. Don't waste your time with these people!

Managing a sale and a purchase at the same time is incredibly stressful as most will know but Jo our Sales Progressor made the entire process seamless. On the marketing side, Shelley got us our asking price for our property within 2 weeks of being live with plenty of viewings on that first crucial week. What impressed us most was their communication, they kept the entire chain moving, coordinating everything between all parties and kept us updated every step of the way. Thank you all for your help. To be completely honest, at the beginning of my experience, I was a little disappointed by some interactions with other members of staff, who were not always as friendly or helpful as I had hoped. However, everything changed when I had the good fortune of dealing with Rebecca. Rebecca has always been there to help me, no matter the situation. She consistently went above and beyond to provide support, guidance, and reassurance whenever I needed it. Even when I may have been a little persistent or asked the same questions more than once, she was always patient, understanding, and incredibly kind. One thing that always stood out to me was the warmth in her voice whenever she answered the phone. No matter how stressed or worried I felt, speaking with Rebecca immediately gave me confidence that everything would be okay.
