We had a bumpy process with solicitors etc. but Karen was there every step of the way and was key to help us moving in good time. Even after the sale they checked in to see how we are getting on. We can not thank them enough and will definitely be in touch for our next steps on the ladder!!

4th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I’ve been a tenant with this agency for around 5 years now, and I can confidently say they are the best I’ve ever dealt with. From day one, they’ve always been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Lisa is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that tenants feel heard and looked after. Any issues I’ve had over the years have been addressed promptly and with real attention to detail. It’s rare to find a property management team that truly values both the property and the people living in it — but Lisa and her team really do. I feel lucky to be renting through them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly agency.

22nd Oct 2026 (13 days ago)An all-round great experience.<br>From my initial meeting with Chris when marketing and listing my late mothers retirement flat through to Liam and Holly coordinating viewings and Alyson fully in control of sales negotiations, the team at Fox Estate Agents have been nothing short of a breath of fresh air.<br>Because of the small family run nature of the business, and unlike other agents, when you call or email Foxes you speak to the team who know exactly who you are and the state of your property transaction. If there is something that they don’t know about your transaction or you have a request, then they find out and call you back! You are always welcome to visit the office to discuss matters face to face which is refreshing.<br>Alyson was calm and reassuring during a particularly long and arduous sales negotiation stage and was proactive in providing helpful progress and coordination updates, particularly with solicitors, which reduces the stress and soothes even the bumpiest of sales and purchase processes. She’s not afraid to ‘bump heads together’ if required – even on her days off!<br>Knowledge and experience of the local area and their professionalism sets Foxes apart from other agents. I will be appointing Fox Estate Agents on my next property sale and would recommend them to anyone who is serious about their own sale or purchase.<br>Thank you all so much to the whole team.

From the very first visit from Shannon who advised me how to put my bungalow on the market, to the exchange today, just over five months later.<br>Every member of staff I have come into contact with have been exceptional. They are all extremely professional and dedicated.<br>The key people were: Shannon (as previously mentioned) who has been in constant contact with me throughout: Luisa and Suzanne who showed my bungalow to several prospective buyers and who always gave me in depth feedback, and lastly Judy in sales progression.<br>They have all worked tirelessly to make the whole transaction as straightforward and easy as possible. I have been contacted with regular updates and have always felt confident of the service they were providing.<br>Judy, in particular, has been remarkable. Her meticulous and outstanding effort to help have been astounding.<br>I highly recommend Wards of Eynsford.

My sale was quite complex, with delays and hold ups in the chain that were outside our control, but the team went above and beyond to keep things moving. They handled everything with professionalism, urgency and a personal touch that I really appreciated.<br><br>Communication was excellent. Whenever I had a question, someone was there to answer, and I always felt confident they were working hard behind the scenes. They were approachable, trustworthy and easy to work with throughout.<br><br>A special thank you to John for his patience with my frequent requests for answers and updates, and to Terrence for his work behind the scenes, pushing the sale forward and showing a real urgency to get things done. Thank you also to Jamie for making me feel welcome from the outset and giving me confidence that I’d chosen the right estate agents.<br><br>I really appreciate everyone’s efforts in getting the sale over the line. Three or 4 months since property on market with Jack Charles just had one viewer. I have asked them to take the property off market. I couldn’t get to manager on the phone unfortunately.
