We had a bumpy process with solicitors etc. but Karen was there every step of the way and was key to help us moving in good time. Even after the sale they checked in to see how we are getting on. We can not thank them enough and will definitely be in touch for our next steps on the ladder!!

From day one, they’ve always been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Lisa is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that tenants feel heard and looked after. Any issues I’ve had over the years have been addressed promptly and with real attention to detail. It’s rare to find a property management team that truly values both the property and the people living in it — but Lisa and her team really do. I feel lucky to be renting through them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly agency.

She was incredibly supportive, understanding, and patient, taking the time to listen to what I was looking for and always keeping me informed.<br><br>Even though I ultimately decided the area wasn’t quite right for me, Shannon’s help and professionalism never wavered, she made the whole journey stress-free and treated me with such care and respect. It’s rare to find such genuine dedication and kindness in an estate agent.<br><br>I’d absolutely recommend Wards Eynsford to anyone looking for property, especially if you want someone reliable and compassionate like Shannon on your side.

We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. We would both like to say a massive thank you for everything. We would certainly highly recommend them. John & Tracy

They’re exactly what everyone in the area says they are; straight?talking, genuinely helpful, and properly tuned in to what’s happening in the local market.<br><br>You can tell they’ve been doing this for years, nothing fazes them. Overall what we really appreciated was how on it they were with communication. No chasing ever needed, and just clear, honest guidance and updates.<br><br>They’re the kind of agents you recommend because they’re just good blokes who know their stuff and make the whole thing feel straightforward. Basically if you’re selling or buying in the area, Strickland are a must!

17th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)The brochure experience - prepaid - was poor and when l finally did get a copy l found it had yet another error. Nobody ever apologised for all the errors. They continued to market the house after the contract expired. l asked them to cease and to acknowledge that they had done so - nobody bothered to reply.

Three or 4 months since property on market with Jack Charles just had one viewer. I have asked them to take the property off market. I couldn’t get to manager on the phone unfortunately.- 3rd Sep 2026 (17 days ago)An excellent experience from beginning to end.<br><br>From the very first conversation, the whole process with this estate agent was excellent. Getting an initial valuation and pulling together what the property listing would look like was handled really well, with a very quick turnaround. There were some frank and honest conversations around expectations, the likely selling price and how the sale would work, which gave me a lot of confidence that I was getting realistic and sensible advice rather than simply being told what I wanted to hear.<br><br>Once the property went on the market, things moved incredibly quickly. Within a couple of days, there were over a dozen viewings booked in and, from that first batch of viewings alone, multiple offers came in. The team did a great job of managing all of this and kept me regularly updated with feedback from viewings and developments with the offers.<br><br>When it came to deciding between the offers, they were happy to talk me through the options and the next steps, making sure I understood everything before making a decision. Once the final offer was accepted, the team continued to be just as involved. They kept in regular contact, kept me apprised of progress and were proactive in chasing both my solicitors and the buyer's solicitors when needed. This made a potentially stressful part of the process much easier to manage.<br><br>Throughout the entire sale, the communication was exceptional. I always felt that I knew what was happening and, importantly, I knew that there was someone at the end of the phone if I wanted to discuss any aspect of the sale. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>The whole team were professional, knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely committed to getting the sale completed. Everything went very smoothly, and I attribute a large part of that to their knowledge, experience and proactive approach.<br><br>I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their property. An excellent service from start to finish.

Tried to unsubscribe five times but you get a pop up saying ‘something went wrong’. Phone up and ask to get removed from the mail list, yet continue to get junk emails.
