When I asked for advise it was given in a kind manner not a hard we know best way. Everything was explained so I could understand it. They even spoke to the solicitors for me. I truly felt in safe hand. Our house sold in a good time at the wanted price. Totally recommend them.

Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.

Once the offer had been accepted the sale was dealt with very efficiently. Those that we had the most contact with were Ben, Shannon, Sanyell, and Jake. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
