We were very impressed with the number of viewings and feedback. Once the offer had been accepted the sale was dealt with very efficiently. Those that we had the most contact with were Ben, Shannon, Sanyell, and Jake. All helped to make the process so much easier and it was a pleasure to work with you. I found the service provided by Wards of Gravesend Estate Agents to be highly professional. From the very beginning, arranging viewings was handled efficiently (some agencies from other companies asked me to wait over a week just to arrange a viewing, even for properties with very little interest!). In contrast, Kenny arranged a viewing for me within a few days during the same week. After my offer was accepted, they also recommended their in-house mortgage broker. Max, with his professionalism and efficient approach, helped me secure a mortgage offer with a low interest rate within just one week. During the subsequent negotiations between my solicitor and the seller’s solicitor, Kim provided regular updates, ensuring the transaction progressed smoothly. Overall, I would highly recommend the services of Wards of Gravesend Estate Agents.

25th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)Criena at Heritage Estates did a great job in securing the sale of my fathers house......She was on the ball and pushed others in the housing chain when things needed to be given a 'bit of a push....She communicated well and was always available and replied to telephone calls and e mails when required....Many thanks Criena ! good luck in the future .!...thoroughly recommended.
