8th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)After a couple of very difficult years, contemplating selling our house and moving to a new start was daunting, the staff at Evans Bros were very professional and reassuring, both Dai and Angharad worked through the process and putting our property onto the market at a realistic price, this attracted lots of interest and an offer within the first week was accepted. communication was excellent and no question or request was too difficult. The whole process from offer accepted to completion was less than two months. I don't believe that we would of had this excellent level of service from an other company in the area Fantastic work, Thankyou so much

If I ever had a issue and emailed, they always helped to fix the problem in good time and the one time I was caught slightly short on rent due to a stay in hospital they were very understanding and gave me no trouble. Couldn't recommend this agency more.

Communication was smooth throughout the entire time I rented the flat. Whenever something needed fixing in the property, they responded quickly and made sure it was sorted without any hassle. Even after moving out, they continued to be supportive by helping with any mail that still arrived, which I really appreciated. Overall, they were reliable, responsive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent.
