There’s no doubt that it’s been a long , bumpy ride, but Joanne’s tenacity over this period has enabled us to successfully sell our home. Professional, polite , always courteous and friendly, she is undoubtedly an asset to the team at Aled Ellis. We are very happy with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend. After many bad experiences with estate agents in the past, it was refreshing to deal with someone who put so much care, professionalism, and clear communication into every step of the process.

If I ever had a issue and emailed, they always helped to fix the problem in good time and the one time I was caught slightly short on rent due to a stay in hospital they were very understanding and gave me no trouble. Couldn't recommend this agency more.

26th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Not interested in helping you out, typical estate agent who's just trying to coin any small amount of money out of you. I'm looking to buy a house down there to sell on, it was originally on with these people and all I asked was for a figure they thought it was worth today. They wanted to charge me for a 2 second conversation, even though I said I will sell it back through them as I am out of town!! As an estate agent myself, I get calls all day long from people like me, I’m friendly and polite, so if I had someone like me, I give out free advice, it’s not all about what you can get out of someone today!! I won't be using their services as there are agents in this vicinity that are more willing to help. My advice would be shop around, these people are after every penny they can get out of you....probably to fund their holiday that they have just come back from….. While they were away, I called and there was no one able to help me until they came back off holiday.....pretty poor service that isn't it? You have to wait for them to get back off holiday before anyone can assist you. I'd go somewhere where the staff are properly trained to assist you when they are away....I dread to think of the state of their business if something happened to them, how can the office deal with you if they aren’t around?? What a micky mouse set up that is......pretty much says it all, a board game of a company, which boils down to the fact that, it is all about how much money they can milk you for. Poor show in my opinion. Always says a lot about a company who's been around years with such few reviews......I stand by what I say...poor!
