   Nick Jane and Emma Dark managed our sale. Savills’ fee was very competitive. Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together.    We’ve had a fantastic experience with Marchand Petit, and in particular Kandi and Eloise, throughout the purchase of our new home.<br><br>This was our first experience of buying a new build, and we decided to purchase off-plan, so naturally there was a lot we didn’t know about the process. We first started speaking with Kandi and Eloise before the development was even out of the ground, and they were incredibly helpful from those very early conversations right through to our purchase.<br><br>They have both been professional, approachable and extremely knowledgeable, always taking the time to answer our questions and guide us through the process. Their communication has been excellent, and nothing has ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>Buying off-plan for the first time could have been a daunting experience, but Kandi and Eloise made the whole process feel straightforward and gave us real confidence along the way. We’ve really appreciated their honest advice and the time they’ve taken to understand what we were looking for as a family.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marchand Petit, Kandi and Eloise to anyone looking to buy a property.    We chose Savills because they appeared to be the most efficient and proactive company we approached to sell our home. Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. Feedback only given twice in 6 months. We have now taken our property off the market until next year. ... Read more
