Not impressed with overall experience/service. They advertised my property for 10 weeks and there has been no contact from them, I did all the chasing. The photographs were amateur, nothing special at all. The description of the property was unimpressive and unenthusiastic. They failed to include facts and had to be prompted to include them. I finally received one viewing from them 9 weeks into contract, not sure how genuine that was. I don’t think they promoted my property to any potential buyer, so have since changed Agents and extremely happy with the professional description and photos.
