We can’t recommend Liam and the team at Whitley Parish enough! They promptly came out to provide us with an honest professional valuation of our house and were quick to actively put it on the Market. Within 6 weeks we were sold! Liam was incredibly proactive throughout our entire move. He constantly chased things up to keep momentum going and kept us updated every step of the way. My x partner went to view a rental property and basically because she was on benefits with a disability they wouldn’t even entertain the idea of her renting this property , it is still available she was given an application form to fill in but was told not to fill it in yet as there still waiting on someone that enquired 3 weeks ago but hasn’t got back to them yet . Equality act 2010 is not being followed by this company. We will be reporting this to the ombudsman.... Read more
