18th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)They think an awful lot of themselves but had no idea how to sell my mothers house. They post everything everywhere and hope for the best. Quite literally walked in with my mum one day and they had no idea who she was. Please, please don't use.
1st Sep 2026 (16 days ago)Exceptional service from Morgan and Ellie at William H Brown, Diss!<br>Morgan’s expertise saved us significant money by guiding us through the sale of our residential park home without needing a solicitor. He completely understands the unique legal side of park home transactions. Communication was top-notch—he kept us fully updated while we were in Spain and the buyer was in the UK, and even checked in after completion to ensure all funds were safely received.<br>A special mention to Ellie, who is fairly new to the branch. She did a brilliant job showing the new owner around our property. With Morgan’s mentorship and guidance, she is clearly set for a very successful career ahead.<br>Outstanding service overall—we couldn't recommend Morgan and his team highly enough!

Also they did all but one of the viewings which was better for us as wefeel it is very daunting showing prospective byers round the house. We also got feedback from the viewings promptly.

She was incredibly patient and diligent with all our questions and foibles and soothing worries and concerns during the process. I will also say this care followed post purchase as well when we needed some fast support on various services and questions .. she was absolutely outstanding above and beyond.
10th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Having just used Whittley Parish for my rental property, I can't praise Matt, Ellie & Sophie highly enough. From start to finish they were extremely professional and helpful in guiding me through the whole process. They spent time talking me through and advising on certain situations which I would never have been able to sort without their help. The rental system can be a complete minefield especially when you weren't expecting to be a landlord and not really sure about all the legalities! However, should I ever do it again I would not hesitate in recommending Whittley Parish.<br>At the beginning, I was thinking I would manage the property myself but having been so impressed, and realising it's not actually that easy, decided in the end it would be better all round to have Whittley Parish manage the property for me which they are now doing.<br>Thank you so much for making the whole process so much less stressful for me :-)

28th Aug 2022 (4 years ago)My advice is not to use Purplebricks , I found them mostly unhelpful and very disjointed in their approach. They over estimated my property value I suspect to get me on board. I paid for accompanied viewings which costs more and signed with them in August 2021, I took the decision to drop the price after five months of not receiving any resonable offers and then received an acceptable offer , however the do not have a good/pro active Post SaIes support team and do not monitor the sale progress, conseqently I lost the buyer and my faith in their ability to sell properties. I could go into volumes about their service and lack of it but will stop short and just say I would NEVER recommend anyone to use Purplebricks. Furthermore they lost one of my keys that I gave them. I withdrew my property from them in June 2022.

9th Jun 2026 (14 weeks ago)I highly recommend using your move Harleston, to anyone buying or selling a property. From start to finish, the team were polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to accommodate my requests. I viewed the property I eventually purchased several times, and each time the staff were more than willing to arrange access and answer any questions I had. Their patience, support, and willingness to help made the whole process much easier and less stressful. Having dealt with several other local estate agents during my property search, I can honestly say that the staff at Your Move were by far the most obliging, supportive, and customer focused. Their excellent service really stood out, and I am very grateful for all their help throughout my purchase.
