9th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)As first time buyers we honestly didn’t really know what to expect but Lauren made the whole process easy for us. She was super friendly from the start and genuinely seemed really happy for us the whole way through. She kept us updated regularly with what was going on in the chain so we always felt in the loop, which we really appreciated. When we went to pick up the keys Lauren wasn’t there, but we met Lisa who was also really lovely and welcoming. Such a lovely touch as well being given a little gift box with some new home essentials like washing detergent and tea bags ?? Big thank you to Lauren and the rest of the team. We’re so happy to finally be homeowners and would definitely use Carter Williams again in the future! 10/10 Lucy & Lee x
6th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)We sold our house through Fine & Country. Liz Teasdale and Nicola Lorraine held our hands every step of the way. They promptly answered any queries we had, were reassuring when the process was at its most pedantic and calmed us down when we were stressed. From the superb photos taken at the start, all the way through the whole process Nicola and Liz were professional and attentive and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They might be slightly more expensive than other Estate Agents but they were worth every penny. So glad we used Liz and Nicola.

The team at Brown & Merry are very organised, friendly, and efficient. Since I live outside the UK, it was important for me to leave my property in safe hands, and they managed to rent it out in no time. I recommend Brown & Merry.

As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions and moments of stress, but throughout the whole process we felt supported, guided and reassured. Luke, Emma and Kyle were amazing! Always friendly, patient and incredibly quick to respond. They took the time to explain things clearly, kept us updated, and stepped in to help whenever something needed sorting. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them, and that made such a difference for us. We’re incredibly grateful for their support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, especially first-time buyers! The viewing and offer process was good with some advice on how best to present the property for prospective buyers. While our whole move was not straight forward, Jo kept us well informed at all stages, and was able to help us stay on course when we ran into issues. Over all - a good experience, and professional engagement. Thanks Jo, Richard and team for making our move happen for us!

Throughout the process Kevin kept us updated with clear and timely communications and went above and beyond. Kevin and the team were chasing up solicitors and parties in the chain and doing more than all the other agents put together to ensure that completion happened before Christmas. Anyone thinking of selling should not go anywhere else!
