Even though I did not buy my new house through them and struggled getting support and help from the buyers agents they were on hand to help with absolutely everything and offered advice and help when I was unsure on things during the buying of my property on the other side. We had some complications through no fault of Carter Williams but they were consistently at the end of the phone keeping me sane and calm and helping push everything through at the last minute. I couldn’t have had a more positive experience and have been by far the most amazing helpful and friendly estate agents I’ve ever dealt with! Thank you all of you! ??

The viewing and offer process was good with some advice on how best to present the property for prospective buyers. While our whole move was not straight forward, Jo kept us well informed at all stages, and was able to help us stay on course when we ran into issues. Over all - a good experience, and professional engagement. Thanks Jo, Richard and team for making our move happen for us!

I found the team to be consistently professional, hard working and very friendly. From the first meeting with Richard (and throughout), he was so approachable and gave much helpful advice. Followed by Frazer taking amazing photos, capturing the home beautifully. Both arranged viewings and provided instant feedback. Charlotte was fabulous with guiding me through the post sale process, pulling out all the stops getting us to moving day. I cannot recommend them enough! I’ve found Sam and Rhys in particular very personable and professional. Buying and selling in a sales chain was a new experience for me, and I felt Aby managed everyone’s expectations well. I’d definitely go back to Jackson Grundy when we come to sell (hopefully not for many years yet!). We’re beyond grateful for their help.

Throughout the process Kevin kept us updated with clear and timely communications and went above and beyond. Kevin and the team were chasing up solicitors and parties in the chain and doing more than all the other agents put together to ensure that completion happened before Christmas. Anyone thinking of selling should not go anywhere else!- This agent doesn't have any reviews
