1st Apr 2025 (7 weeks ago)After infinite emails sent to them without a response i find myself having to write here. During my tenancy I never caused any trouble, I paid on time. What could be the reason for an agency to ignore someone emails? Specially when it comes to the deposit, I moved out in January and still haven’t heard from them or received any deposit. How is this professional????

4th Jun 2024 (11 mo. ago)Slow to give feedback on viewings. I had to chase after a couple of days but improved when I complained. Some rushed viewings . One agent arrived and said it had to be quick and she had asked the buyer to come earlier. Another told a late buyer asked to come at 8.45am on arrival that they only had 15 minutes so it would be a quick look . We were told they had a large database of buyers but I wonder if just relying on the property listings and their database algorithms to find people was enough. They did offer us a premium listing months later when I asked what else could be done and this generated viewings . Unable to arrange one second viewing and blamed staff absence for not contacting the buyer when I rang up a week later and the buyer did not return their call. People not getting back to them happened a lot . We were never shown any evidence of their contacts with people . It's a shame as they understood the market and provided a lot of information about why viewings were sparse due to external factors.Pleasant staff with good local knowledge. We gave them a long period as it was a tough time to sell but did decide to find another agent in the end as they did not seem that proactive .

Keeping us informed of progress from start to finish. Not only supportive, but personable chaps too. I would like to thank them all for managing the process in a pleasant and proactive manner. 19th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)From the inception to the conclusion of my Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, Lauren and Katie have always been open and friendly with me. Lauren's undelayed response to the emails is indicative of her devotion to the Clientele. Even though I am not a British Citizen, I have never been made to feel like an outsider.
18th May 2024 (1 year ago)Invited Michael Graham around to value our property and agreed to go on with them but had to chase them a week later as we had not heard anything. Finally, they got in touch, and we arranged for photos and floor plans to be sorted. I also signed and completed all the paperwork. A week and a half later, still nothing, so I called them twice, each time leaving a message for a call back, but never got a call back. 4 weeks after last speaking with Graham and telling him that communication was key for my wife and I, we still have not had a call, txt, or an email. Clearly, Michael Graham does not want a 600k+ listing.

31st Mar 2025 (7 weeks ago)Express agency. Took a long time to advertise my property. Poor quality viewers and don’t seem to be vetted properly, had to provide Own photos and deal with viewings myself and yet charged the 1.5% commission rate. Valuation completely innacurate and had to lower the price twice due to unfamiliarity of the local market. Never will i go for an online estate agency based in the north. That aspect of it should not be allowed. Potentially wasted 2 months of mortgage without rent due to poor level of standards from EXpress Agency. Had my house to sell as well and told them outright, I would never consider them again.- 8th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)Scott has been excellent throughout the whole sale process. Fantastic effort.
