Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

Emma Lily Ruffoni and Rupert Osborne were a tremendous help in securing our next move, going out of their way to help us and ensuring a smooth process. They have been a breath of fresh air compared to our old estate agent. Thanks for all your help!

16th Oct 2024 (7 weeks ago)A really good team!! Found a full asking price offer within 1.5 weeks of going onto market. Buyers unfortunately pulled out and so the team had to start all over again and keep doggedly working to find another buyer. This took a few weeks but they have found another buyer with a very good offer, so overall we are very happy. Only thing they might be able improve on is giving feedback for all viewings but I suppose this is down to the viewer rather than the estate agent.

20th Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)2024 I recently returned to Nevin & Wells for both the sale of my property and the purchase of a new home, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable and truly goes the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Being a local agency, they have a deep understanding of the area, which really helped speed things along. The property chain was quite complex, but they worked tirelessly to keep everything on track, even overcoming last-minute hitches to avoid any delays, especially as there were time-sensitive elements affecting some people in the chain. Their proactive approach to managing the chain was impressive, ensuring everyone was kept informed and on track. They supported me at every stage, from listing to completion. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. 2021 I recently completed a sale and purchase with Nevin & Wells and I would whole heartedly recommend Nevin & Wells to anyone buying or selling their home. From the outset they were clear on how they could help, what the process was and what I should expect from the process of buying and selling. They were knowledgeable about the local area – seriously, I doubt there is a street or door they are not familiar with in and around Egham – and this gives them the edge on pricing advice and areas to focus on or avoid depending on requirements. Their property marketing was innovative, reasonable, and market-sensitive and, when I needed it, their additional search activities kicked in to help fulfil my particular purchasing requirements. Everyone in the office was nice to deal with, were prompt with returning calls, and were up to speed on each property so there was no waiting for someone else to answer questions. All the partners and staff were totally reliable, especially at critical moments and near deadlines, and nothing was too much trouble for them to help with. Nevin & Wells gave us great service going “above and beyond”. If only all estate agents operated like Nevin & Wells, the profession would have much better reputation!

31st May 2024 (6 mo. ago)I had the worst experience of my life with them and Featherstone Leigh , my son has a permanent asthma and breathing issue from the flat they have rented me. I was not able to stay in the flat for over two months , no alternative was offered to me and my family, being homeless due to the smell of damp, water leak has costed me a lot of money and stress. Useless team all they care about is their rent it be paid , they have breached their contract on so many occasions, they failed . Do not get fooled by those good reviews!
