Like Wayne has, I've put a 5 start review on behalf of the many tenants, landlords, applicants & vendors that have given their personal feed back to me & my staff on the great service they have had from our office. We daily get amazing feedback, and the negatives are extremely rare, and its to no surprise we see these negative things posted here on Google reviews. In a business such as ours we are dealing with people who live in a property and when things are not resolved as quickly as they would like, they understandably get frustrated, as we do. When boilers need a spare part that's not in stock, a contractor cant get to a property as quickly as we want, properties are left dirty & damaged at the end of a tenancy, we find the situation very frustrating as we know someone is going to be upset with us that we need to deliver news they don't want to hear. I've now asked my staff to post some of their positive feedback we get so we can share these with the audience of Google reviews. If anyone has any concerns, please contact me the Director at Martin & Co and I will happily talk you through the situation.

I tried to help a friend who was struggling to secure heating for his home to which he had recently taken his 6 day old baby, in December. Sharon Self was uncooperative, rude and incredibly unprofessional. Because she didn't like me getting involved, just posted a negative comment on my personal company account. She has refused to take this down hence my negative review of her conduct. I was just trying to help a friend with a 6 day old people - most of us would do the same.

Great service from Kenidee and Katie! Very attentive without being imposing or putting undue pressure on. Helpful, friendly and honest. I would highly recommend using Martin & Co - I certainly will be when I'm next in market!
