I dealt mainly with Chloe and she was brilliant at communicating throughout the whole process, always returning calls or emails promptly and giving regularupdates. Several no-show viewings. Several communications received for bookings/cancellations which overlapped. Viewing notification received when a non viewing offer was made so had to contact to find out that a booking had to be made to register tge offer on their system.
