21st Aug 2026 (28 days ago)I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to give a fantastic 5 stars to the whole team at Irving’s Estate Agent in Verwood.<br>They have helped and supported me through selling my house at a very stressful time, achieving a good price for my house and completing in just 3 months, which is amazing.<br>Clare has been outstanding throughout. Professional and calm, guiding me through the whole process, and always chasing purchasers, agents and solicitors to get the job done.<br>I really can’t thank the whole team enough for all their hard work, and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house!

29th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.

17th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Tailor Made considering the challenging market have done a great job at selling our home, Josh who sold for us and the whole team are extremely professional and respectful. We believed Tailor made had what it took to get the job done, and within out first week we started to get viewings and considerable interest on the house eventually landing the sale. Definitely recommend !
1st May 2026 (20 weeks ago)Communication is very bad have to chase them and most of the times I call they do not answer this I feel puts off potential buyers and at best slows down communication Quality of the pictures was not great and had to be redone Make bookings for viewings when we were not there - did not confirm with us before making the appointment
22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We saw a property we liked in ferndown and offered. Our offer was not accepted outright without giving us a chance to rethink the offer like the other agents did.emails back and forth no use. Saw the property had gone for a mere £1000 above our offer. The agent who showed us the property had already decided it was not to be given to us for some strange reason so I am not surprised. Also promised to keep their “ear on the ground “ to let us know if any other property came by in that area. Never heard from them again! Probably they have more clients they exclusively like to cater to so didn’t bother to with us. The property was a lovely one though so happy for whoever got it. But a big thumbs down for this estate agent unless you are one of those kind they wish to cater to. Helena

1st Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)I cannot praise Meyers in Wimborne enough. Becky arrived at the property having researched sale prices locally for similar properties. She gave me a folder with all this information plus what to expect should I appoint Meyers. Once I appointed Meyers they exceeded any expectations in so many ways. Most of our communication was made through WhatsApp which meant it was easy to respond and refer back to information contained in the chat. Nikki, who was included in this chat, was as swift as Becky when it came to updating me with information. Particularly useful when I was out of the country for a month. My thoughts were always taken into consideration and I was advised accordingly. The advertising of the property was done well, with an instagram post, a video of the property and environs plus excellent photography. It was adverted across a number of sites to make the most of getting to as many views. I feel the cost was value for money and would definitely recommend Meyers of Wimborne to anyone selling in the area.

14th May 2025 (1 year ago)The local agent set up the agreed selling price incorrectly on the web and with Rightmove. He also set up our address incorrectly. The Purplebricks Account Manager said sold the photos of my house very poor so I would have to write to the Complaints Dept. Their reply - unbelievable - was we will give you £75 in compensation but you will have to pay an additional £99 to have the house re photographed! It took 8 weeks to erect a "sales board" I wrote a letter to the MD but had no reply! I wrote again and had a member of staff reply! I was told that the MD NEVER communicated with a customer! They achieved just one viewing in 5 months. They are a shambles compared to when the sold my previous house 5 years ago

A big thank you to all the team at Winkworths Ferndown for the very professional and excellent service. They made sure that the sale process was very smooth and communication was really good, I would highly recommend them .

25th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)My house moving was an easy process with Wooley and Wallis. I saw a house, I liked it, made an offer and it was accepted. It fell through when my buyer fell through but luckily I got another offer and that was fine. Staff are all friendly and they gave us a bottle of bubbles on moving day. The rest of the moving process was a complete nightmare but the estate agents were all lovely.
