Terrible experience and a complete waste of time. How RUDE is that, AVOID AT ALL COST as they cannot be trusted. I stayed in all morning waiting for the Estate Agent to arrive but she arrived late. She was not able to help as she wanted to put my Cottage on the market for approx £100,000 less than its true value.
