21st Aug 2026 (27 days ago)I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to give a fantastic 5 stars to the whole team at Irving’s Estate Agent in Verwood.<br>They have helped and supported me through selling my house at a very stressful time, achieving a good price for my house and completing in just 3 months, which is amazing.<br>Clare has been outstanding throughout. Professional and calm, guiding me through the whole process, and always chasing purchasers, agents and solicitors to get the job done.<br>I really can’t thank the whole team enough for all their hard work, and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house!

30th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Having never sold a house at auction before, especially one that was over 100 miles from where I live, I expected the process to be fraught with angst!<br>However, Meredith and the rest of the team went above and beyond to explain the process, and provide guidance, support and advice during the process and to bring the sale to a successful conclusion ...thank goodness!<br>Thank you to Meredith and the team - I cannot recommend them highly enough.
1st May 2026 (20 weeks ago)Communication is very bad have to chase them and most of the times I call they do not answer this I feel puts off potential buyers and at best slows down communication Quality of the pictures was not great and had to be redone Make bookings for viewings when we were not there - did not confirm with us before making the appointment

From start to finish, the team made what could have been a daunting process feel manageable and even enjoyable.<br><br>It started with the viewing agent, who was knowledgeable, well-prepared, and happy to answer all the questions I threw at her. The branch manager was equally fantastic, offering great advice and endless patience with an impatient, clueless first-time buyer (that was me!).<br><br>I would absolutely, without a doubt, buy a house through this branch again, and would especially recommend the people who helped me get to this stage. Thank you to the whole team for making my first home purchase such a positive one.
