This is now run from miles away by annother company and they simply don’t care about customer service or know anything about the local area. I’d recommend using one of the local holiday cottages instead

26th May 2022 (3 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

21st Feb 2025 (11 mo. ago)Disclaimer: We were looking for a commercial lease and did not proceed however we were impressed with the service and communication from Thomas. We cannot report on the experience after this point. We were interested in a property in Truro and had Thomas Hewitt show us around. He arrived promptly and was respectful. He gave us clear updates each step of the way after the viewing up until the heads of terms. Unfortunately due to external circumstances we were unable to pursue the lease beyond this point, however we were impressed with such frequent updates from the agent even if it's to say when I can expect a response to the questions we asked. Thank you for your time, hopefully we can be back in the future with our financials in order.

7th Jan 2026 (17 days ago)We instructed Paul (a founding partner at Moveli) to sell our property in South West London. We were sold on the promise of a personalised, bespoke service that high-street agents couldn't match. In reality, the experience was the complete opposite. ?We constantly had to chase Paul for updates; it felt like we were project managing him rather than the other way around. He was difficult to contact and, concerningly, often seemed to be acting in the interest of our buyers rather than us, his clients. ?In the UK market, sales progression is vital, and this is where the service failed completely. The buyers pulled out two weeks before Christmas without warning. We suspect they were having similar communication issues, and we were shocked that Paul had absolutely no finger on the pulse to see this coming. This eventually caused our chain to collapse and our sellers to withdraw, leaving us out of pocket and having to start the sale and purchase process all over again. ?I strongly advise SW London sellers to avoid! RESPONSE TO MOVELI'S REPLY BELOW: Moveli’s response to this review actually highlights exactly why our experience was so poor. Regarding the timeline: We did lose an onward purchase 3 months into the process. At the time, Paul explicitly assured us that our buyers did not have an issue with this and were happy to continue with the purchase. If they were actually "concerned" as you now claim, Paul failed to communicate this to us or manage expectations. Regarding "access issues": Your reply mentions "delays and difficulties around access." This is the first we are hearing of this. We were never informed of any access issues during the sale. If these issues existed and were annoying the buyers, why did Paul not tell us? The fact that I am finding out about "access issues" and buyer dissatisfaction via a Google Review reply, months later, rather than from my agent during the sale, further reinforces the issues and communication failures I mentioned above.- 24th Nov 2025 (9 weeks ago)This estate agent uses Loop Software Ltd (10622485) to run their business. The founder of Loop is being investigated (RC200903919624) for allegations of fraud, including taking the life savings of a terminally ill cancer patient. He allegedly said that they could use estate agency data to identify tenants in arrears and target them with high-interest loans. Other unscrupulous ways of exploiting or sharing this data are no doubt possible. Loop has access to YOUR personal and property-related financial data via your estate agent. It seems responsible to question the professional honesty of an agent who risks YOUR information. If you are a buyer, seller, landlord or tenant, and want to protect the integrity of your information, please consider changing to an agent not using Loop Software Ltd. Ask your estate agency to confirm in writing that your information has been removed from Loop.
16th Dec 2025 (6 weeks ago)Stayed at 7 Porthilly View. Excellent well equipped property with plenty of room for the 7 of us. Good parking close to the property. Nice garden area for the children to run around in. Well located close to Padstow centre. We visited for the duration of the Padstow Christmas Fayre and a nice touch was that they had set the dining room table up for a Christmas meal with crackers etc. Second time using CRW for our stays in Padstow and found their properties to be much better than those we have stayed in with other providers. They will be our company of choice for future visits.
