23rd Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Landlord came to the property with a guy to measure the windows let himself in the garden and stood there watching me through the patio doors which scared me to death. After about 10 mins he introduced himself and was laughing at me for being so scared. He then said “oh I thought you would be at work” so if I had been at work he would have let himself in. The boiler broke in Nov and we were left without heating and hot water for 10 days with a small child as the landlord didn’t trust the engineer that Carla sent out on the same day. Unscrupulous landlord tried to take all the deposit even though the house was cleaner than when we moved in.

We originally used Love property as a letting agent (above comments). They now acted for us in a sale. Their professionalism and dedication continued. Thoroughly recommend.

18th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Communication has been terrible.One of the people at Purple Bricks resigned and we never got told and so some communication was never answered.Also communication within the app was non existent.Messages were not answered.Also people who were vowing the property were not told that the property was taken off the market and they did not cancel the viewing appointment.
