We have found them to be very professional but at the same time friendly and will explain any jargon that we come across that we do not understand. They have provided us with QQ reports, surveyors reports for purchasing and selling properties and have advised us several times. I would recommend this company

13th Feb 2024 (1 year ago)Tom and Joanna worked tirelessly to find a tenant for our property. The first tenant pulled out at the last moment so they had to start again. Then, last November 2023, we finally had a signed lease and a lovely tenant. Thank you guys and will be recommending SK to others.

13th Apr 2024 (11 mo. ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

The whole process, from apartment purchase, preparation for my arrival, along with BNO visa-related matters, were all handled very well by Selene. She is efficient and responsive, and is always willing to provide suggestions that are tailored to my specific situation or needs. On my arrival, her Manchester colleague, Chris, was also very helpful with his local knowledge and experience, which helped with my adjustment to a mew environment. I would highly recommend Vesper.

3rd Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.
31st Jul 2024 (7 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
