3rd Apr 2024 (15 days ago)Purchased an office chair recently, came incomplete, missing the whole middle part that puts everything together (see photo). The description did not mention anything about it being incomplete, it just stated "LAZBOY OFFICE CHAIR". The photos did not indicate that there would be missing parts. Now I'm out £168 and pieces of a chair. Please be careful and don't bid to avoid dissapointment and financial burdens.

30th Jan 2024 (11 weeks ago)Had the absolute worst experience with Sutton Kersh - avoid!! I was purchasing my first house through them and it took around 28 weeks to get the keys from when my offer was accepted. I felt like I constantly had to chase them and was never given an update, I feel like I was always having to offer up potential solutions, the manager was always condescending probably because I’m young/a first time buyer. I was consistently told “it’s just a lengthy process” and 26 weeks into the sale the manager told me “there’s nothing anyone in this office can do for you” - even though at this point the seller and their solicitor had made the case a priority as it has been going on for so long. Once I was told to wait till the end of the week for an update, called back and the manager simply said “no, nothing in the inbox” and I had to ask if she was going to do anything about it or if she was just going to sit and wait potentially several more weeks for a response, she wasn’t very willing to help unless pressed and I feel like her attitude and overall level of service were shockingly bad, I couldn’t believe that she was the manager. After the sale, the seller was reimbursing something their solicitor was meant to pay for but mine charged me for, I sent an email about this to ask them to contact the seller and I never heard back, they didn’t care once the sale was through. However, on the other hand, months into the sale my case was handed over to Mary Kate and she was amazing, her personally I would give 5 stars to. I called so many times and sent so many emails and she was always happy to help and seems like she actually did her job in chasing the seller and trying to get the sale through, rather than just sitting back waiting for a response and hoping something would change. She never made me feel like I was being unreasonable by calling for an update and never minimised the situation, in all honestly think she would be a much better manager.

They explained processes and procedures without 'blinding me with science' and kept in touch to provide up-dates of how things were progressing in the 'chain'. I would definitely recommend Lesley Hooks to anyone looking for a pain-free service when buying or selling.
16th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)Brian Davies and wife Linsey (West Kirby Office) could not have been more helpful since I purchased my late son’s house. If I do not know what to do I phone Brian or walk to the West Kirby Office and both of them do their best to sort out what ever is a worry to me.
7th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I have used this office, before and after the new look and management, and what i will say is, they are already making BIG changes, the look, the staff, the atmosphere, even the way they are dealing with us (the public) is so professional...I am amazed, i have used other Jones and Chapman offices too and have been impressed by them also. Sue, Libby, Nick, Alice & Claire have been fantastic, even though when ever i go into the shop they are very busy, they are always smiling, laughing and happy to help. The Lettings team are also fantastic, even though i chose not to go down that route, Abi was amazing and should i LET in the future she will be my first call. I will recommend them to every one i know, and as promised next time i pass, I will bring you all some cakes....Thanks again for all your help :)

Jonathan Harper took direct personal control over the sale and saw it through smoothly from start to finish. This involved a number of additional items such as hiring a skip and arranging clearance of debris. Jonathan provided a superb and prompt service throughout, kept me informed at all stages to keep my mind at rest and achieved a sale at full valuation.

They are very professional, they respond to emails and inquiries quickly and offer a very personal service. They also ensure that any repairs are addressed as soon as possible. They are a pleasure to deal with!
