23rd Apr 2024 (7 mo. ago)During my recent search for a new flat, Aiicja has been absolutely helpful, and of great assistance, from day one, in every property she has organized a viewing for me. Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London. 14th Oct 2024 (7 weeks ago)Avoid!!! Scam!!!! I’ve “won” this washing machine, basically I’ve won 2 washing machines in this lot… ohh wait: ive won the one it looks like it was in a car crash!!!! ???? I’ve complained of course… and they just void my invoice, and they refused to give me the machine in better conditions… by law they have to!!!!!!! So… I can conclude this is a scam, be careful, don’t spend your hardworking earned money with them!!! Some of this people don’t deserve to have a job.

Tracey Rogerson Wilson conversed with our solicitor and sellers solicitors and went above and beyond to make this stressful situation a very smooth one. Megan and her colleague Caroline followed up with my application right away and got me sorted. The front of office team is very adept and approachable.

31st Oct 2024 (5 weeks ago)I’ve dealt with some really awful property agencies in the past but this absolutely isn’t one of them. The entire team I’ve spoken to at the property centre have been fantastic to deal with during my time renting. Friendly & easy to communicate with, especially compared to others I’ve dealt with in the past. Finding the right place can be a nightmare these days so it’s important to work with the right people, and you can’t go wrong here. I’d strongly recommend them. Thanks a lot for the new home!

16th Feb 2024 (9 mo. ago)Brian Davies and wife Linsey (West Kirby Office) could not have been more helpful since I purchased my late son’s house. If I do not know what to do I phone Brian or walk to the West Kirby Office and both of them do their best to sort out what ever is a worry to me.

They know me on first name terms which I feel is easier to communicate and chat with staff. All staff are great. I have had a few mortgage advisors and at present Nicolas Cabo has been the best. Will informed and explained everything as it should. I wolud recommend him to anyone who needs a mortgage. Top guy. Thanks. A.

5th Nov 2024 (27 days ago)I recently bought a bungalow through Hewitt Adams. Grace was the agent handling the sale. She was an absolute star throughout what was at times a very stressful process. At all times, she was quick to respond to requests, gave helpful advice and kept me informed. I also have had lot of contact with Kirsty as I've been viewing property on behalf of my brother who lives in Yorkshire. Kirsty is, a very professional, helpful estate agent who has resolved issues quickly and effectively. Kirsty also helped my daughter to buy her house which was a smooth successful purchase with Kirsty's help I would highly recommend both Grace and Kirsty
5th Jul 2024 (21 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
