Handled the sale of our property superbly well,despite our requirement that it could not be marketed fully until we had found the property we wished to buy. Not an easy brief but they followed it and we agreed sale of our house and purchase of our next house within 24 hours! When there was a last minute issue in the sale/purchase completion, Matt dealt with it with great skill and sensitivity. Simply the best!

Charlie who has recently joined the group is super and got me a suitable tenant very quickly. The team offers excellent support both to the tenant and landlord managing any issues promptly and efficiently. I have never seen a better service in the whole of UK . You feel like they treat everyone as they would their own family.

6th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. Many, many thanks to you all!

12th Sep 2018 (5 years ago)Have rented premium properties >3K in North Oxford and the area for many years, using multiple agencies. This is one of the worst agencies in Oxford, only exceeded in their general incompetence by Finders Keepers.

12th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Found 2 Places through 'Griffith and Partners' Very professional throughout and very helpful and ensuring everything is smooth running for their clients. 5*- 1st Feb 2024 (25 weeks ago)I tried to contact this estate agent three times last week via e-mail with a view to viewing a property in Benson. It took them FIVE days to respond, and with no apology for their delay. So not the best customer service on the planet.
6th Jul 2021 (3 years ago)We purchased our house through Robinson Sherston. It was a difficult time to be buying and the solicitors involved didn't make things any easier, but Nick Sherston remained professional and reasonable throughout. Would highly recommend.

Negative: They valued our property at an ambitious price which sadly didn't receive any offers, even after reducing the price. Unfortunately a window was left open at the property following a viewing on more than one occasion.
