We recently purchased a property through Hamptons Caterham, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received, especially from Carrie. From the very start, she was a pleasure to deal with—professional yet real, striking that perfect balance of being approachable without trying too hard, which is something we really appreciated. Throughout the process, Carrie was always incredibly responsive, replying to emails on the same day and making an effort to call back promptly if she was unavailable. She truly went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly for us, making the whole buying experience remarkably simple and stress-free. What stood out most was that our conversations felt genuine. I wasn’t just dealing with an estate agent—Carrie’s approach felt much more personal, which made the entire experience so much more comfortable and enjoyable. Her professionalism, combined with a real personal touch, is what set Hamptons apart for us. Aimee was professional, friendly and welcoming from the very start and could not have done more to help us throughout the entire process. Leaving a previous 18 year rental was a daunting prospect and Aimee went above and beyond to make the journey from start to completion as smooth as it possibly could be. I cannot recommend Paul Meakin Estate Agents and Aimee more highly. We can now look forward to Christmas in our new home with thanks to them.

Frequent emails and was kept in contact with frequently throughout the whole sale process. Huge thank you to Sophie who worked hard to push our sale so we could complete by Christmas! However, we eventually completed the sale and purchase which went very smoothly. Hannah & James were extremely helpful throughout the process and also chasing the buyer to eventually get the mortgage of the place.

11th Oct 2024 (15 weeks ago)Sam was helpful with the purchase of the property. There were a few efficiencies that couldve been made - as is in any process. My name was spelt wrong in the initial checks that caused a little double work (by another colleague I think?). Either way the process was smooth and we were in contact most of the process. Albeit it was more us giving the agency an update on where we got with things than the other way about. Regardless everything - Sam has been very helpful in answering all the possibly dumb questions I had when it came to the sale.- 16th Dec 2024 (6 weeks ago)The whole team at Bairstow Eves Kenley were amazing with the handling of selling our house. After meeting with a few estate agents we decided on Bairstow Eves and very glad we did. Right from the initial meeting up to completion of sale they were professional, but also friendly and helpful. Maxine, Abi, Dianne and the whole team were great with keeping us updated and being clear with everything we needed to know and do. Would highly recommend them.

Especially Jordan who was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much for him and he did everything in order for our sale to be completed as soon as possible. Professional yet very friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with Clarendons, everyone was friendly and professional. I was very surprised when moved in to receive a welcome box with goodies inside. Never seen any other agencies doing that.

Earlier this year, John, Tom and Paul helped with purchasing our first home and made the whole experience very easy and smooth. Even with the small bumps in road that naturally occur with any home purchase, they were reassuring and maintained a good steam of communicating. They are readily available, friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend them

We are so glad we made the move, the service provided was excellent from start to finish. The photographs, marketing and communication from Ishmail and Zoe were second to none. They provided us with realistic insight to the market and demonstrated they were working for us. We wish we had known about them sooner!
