I cannot thank Monochrome and in particular Isabelle with the purchase of my mums house. Despite several struggles with the sale of Mums house, Isabelle ensured we were able to continue with the onward purchase from Monochrome. Isabelle was constantly keeping us updated and liaising with the seller so that, despite a very long delay, we were able to eventually complete the sale and move. Without her help I have no doubt this chain would have fallen through, and I cannot thank her enough for her support and care, despite us not even being her client.
