She took the time to really understand what we were looking for, and instead of just showing us properties, she genuinely listened. They gave me good advice, kept me informed every step of the way, answered emails promptly, and worked hard at marketing a property that wasn't the easiest to sell. They were always kind and courteous, and dealt skilfully with potential buyers. Highly recommended.

8th Feb 2026 (25 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

She went above and beyond to help with everything, and she dealt with things quickly and efficiently. I would recommend her to anyone selling their home, she was just brilliant and made what could have been a very stressful experience so stress free with constant communication and support.

He was always friendly, professional, responsive, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. Jayde was also incredibly helpful throughout the process, arranging viewings and answering any questions we had promptly.<br>The whole team made what can often be a stressful process feel much easier, and we really appreciated the time and effort they put into helping us. All were highly professional and replied promptly to my communications. I think the original valuation was quite bullish but the service provided was really great value for money.

Communication was fantastic, whenever I phoned, someone from the team always picked up or phoned back. I also received regular emails which was also very good and reassuring.
