7th May 2024 (2 years ago)I would highly recommend you avoid any dealings with this agency. By far, they are the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. Communication is awful, listening skills are even worse, and their lack of efficiency, combined with false hope will exhaust all your energy. You will only manage to get in touch with them after numerous calls. Looking at other reviews, it's clear I am not the first or the last to of experienced this. They are extremely untrustworthy, unreliant, and disorganised. Their communication style will send you dizzy, as they attempt to waffle you off the phone to avoid any dealings.
5th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)I paid my last months rent despite the house being empty in good faith, to then have them try and wangle your deposit from you after you went above and beyond to leave the house in a better condition than you got it and worse part is only lived there 8 months, I had 80% house freshly painted, had brand new oven fitted, left fitted blinds and matching lightshades and they STILL try and rinse you! It's really bad I am absolutely gutted!

Called and emailed multiple times over three weeks just to arrange a viewing, was asked for my availability and then completely ignored, I wouldn’t waste my time! Despite ‘circumstances beyond your control’ it was well within your control to bother to spend 3 minutes emailing me back, to let me know that, before I had to leave this review! Terrible communication!
20th Dec 2020 (5 years ago)We have been renting with Towler Shaw Roberts for over a year now and they are by far the best agents I have ever had as a tenant. They are easy to get hold of, friendly and any problems are fixed incredibly quickly. Jemima, who has been out main contact, is absolutely brilliant! I can not recommend them highly enough.

19th May 2020 (6 years ago)Amelia Sheldon from Carver Knowles recently advised me on obtaining residential planning on my agricultural barn which was dealt with professionally and quickly. Planning consent was applied for and approved and cannot fault the way in which it was dealt with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Thank you.

6th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.

21st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)At property local they always look after your property and give you the best advice on the advertising side. I went on holiday and gave them the keys to the property for them to let they kept me up todate of what was happening with it to letting it out by the time i was back. They did all the relevant checks on the tenant and got me good rent aswell. Can't knock them for the hard work they do. Keep up the hard work lads
