5th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)I paid my last months rent despite the house being empty in good faith, to then have them try and wangle your deposit from you after you went above and beyond to leave the house in a better condition than you got it and worse part is only lived there 8 months, I had 80% house freshly painted, had brand new oven fitted, left fitted blinds and matching lightshades and they STILL try and rinse you! It's really bad I am absolutely gutted!

20th Dec 2020 (5 years ago)We have been renting with Towler Shaw Roberts for over a year now and they are by far the best agents I have ever had as a tenant. They are easy to get hold of, friendly and any problems are fixed incredibly quickly. Jemima, who has been out main contact, is absolutely brilliant! I can not recommend them highly enough.

9th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Got an apartment on rent through them last year in London and 3 months in we find out the property is ceased by bank and then the agency just disappeared and now we have been living in uncertainty as to what is gonna happen next. Why was the property and the landlord not fully vetted before being rented out to us.

19th May 2020 (6 years ago)Amelia Sheldon from Carver Knowles recently advised me on obtaining residential planning on my agricultural barn which was dealt with professionally and quickly. Planning consent was applied for and approved and cannot fault the way in which it was dealt with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Thank you.

21st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)At property local they always look after your property and give you the best advice on the advertising side. I went on holiday and gave them the keys to the property for them to let they kept me up todate of what was happening with it to letting it out by the time i was back. They did all the relevant checks on the tenant and got me good rent aswell. Can't knock them for the hard work they do. Keep up the hard work lads

4th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Chris was professional, courteous & goes above & beyond when necessary. I had huge issues with my solicitors & Chris supported & helped me to overcome some huge hurdles. I'm not sure my sale would have completed if he had not intervened along the way. I will be forever grateful for Chris' kindness & advice throughout the whole sale experience . Thanks Chris x
