The presentation of the property was second to none, and you get a real feel for professional company that you are dealing with. Their communication has always been fantastic and they are very friendly and approachable and honest which is unusual with estate agents. Adam and Corrie deserve a huge pat on the back! The sale has gone through extremely smoothly with them and it felt very personal dealing with them. They are genuinely happy to help and give advice. Highly recommend them for that more personal service! Thanks again guys!!
5th May 2023 (3 years ago)Completely rude and unprofessional. Didn't seem to care during conversation or negotiations. I would not recommend working with or engaging with this organisation as the owner is entirely rude and entitled. Completely poor service to prospective clients. Owner Leon was unprofessional and walked away during the middle of a conversation. AVOID USING THIS AGENCY.
29th Nov 2019 (6 years ago)I have recently sold my house with Elite Residential and I can recommend their services to anyone. The two representatives Linda and Phil, were truly excellent. An Open day was arranged at the earliest opportunity, which turned out to be a Saturday. We had 10 viewers, which led to 3 offers, with one being accepted. Thereafter I was kept informed of what was going on, and the process went smoothly until completion which took just over 6 weeks. I was very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

Poor communication, lack of transparency, and no sense of responsibility made the whole process frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to sell – they caused more problems than they solved.

He went above and beyond from the very start with an out of hours evening viewing of a property I wanted to buy. He set up a WhatsApp group chat including himself, Kelly at thebid.uk and myself. A really helpful idea. It meant all three of us knew what was going on and could contribute to any house moving details. Ekbal provided very valuable assistance. Thanks Ekbal. Roger
21st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)At property local they always look after your property and give you the best advice on the advertising side. I went on holiday and gave them the keys to the property for them to let they kept me up todate of what was happening with it to letting it out by the time i was back. They did all the relevant checks on the tenant and got me good rent aswell. Can't knock them for the hard work they do. Keep up the hard work lads

21st May 2026 (30 days ago)When I first met James when he came to value my property, I thought how professional he was. If I have a query there is always someone there on the end of the phone. Also, if I send an email, it is answered promptly. I would recommend King Homes .
