23rd May 2026 (22 days ago)Wish you could choose your own star rating, we don't think 5 is enough. As soon as Andy came to do our sale valuation we knew we were using KW. Everything is 'discussed' with you, you are never talked down to like the other valuers we asked. We bought and sold with KW, and with one thing after another going wrong this hasn't been the easiest job they've ever done, but Andy and Caz always had a smile on their faces and an encouraging word. We cannot thank them enough for everything they have done. Very very highly recommended.

13th Oct 2020 (5 years ago)This was a challenging sale, in unprecedented times. When the sale appeared threatened by stalling solicitors Whitegates got ‘on the case’ and we sold the property, well done!!

24th Jan 2026 (20 weeks ago)Have been horrifically harassed by my next door neighbour who Movemaker are letting agent for. Rang several times complaining of domestic abuse within the home (including police) and neighbour keying my car, tipping a FULL wheelie bin of his rubbish bin on to my property and throwing dog feaces while being verbally abusive, all when intoxicated. This letting agent ignored my complaints which has resulted in police and CPS involvement, also, I was informed by police that they were not letting the owner of property know all this abuse was happening to me and was kept a secret. I would not recommend anyone to rent their property through them.- 23rd Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)Wasted a hour of my time turned up 15 minutes early thinking they would arrive on time phoned after viewing time and said they could not come attend the viewing Absolutely disgraceful no respect for a person's time absolute waste of a company.
11th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Chris and his assistant Sarah are absolutely brilliant. They sold my house STC within 2 days of it being advertised online , couldn't ask for a better service than that . They are both extremely professional in what they do but at the same time very helpful and friendly can't thank them enough and would highly recommend this company.

2nd Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Awful service. Had to take several attempts to get photographs right and then proceeded to gossip to our neighbours about our personal moving plans. 19th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Just completed on a property purchase in Ilkley and can’t thank Dale Edison enough for their determination to get the sale over the line. My case was long and complicated mostly due to my own circumstances but Molly was always so patient, considerate and efficient in moving us forward with each step and keeping everyone updated. At some point she was the only person who was responding to my emails and kept me in the loop with what was happening during the long and quite daunting process. Really felt very well cared for through the process and was nice to have a thoughtful and reassuring person on the other side to guide me. Huge thanks Molly and all.

She has excellent knowledge and went over and beyond to help.It really is refreshing to meet someone who is so passionate about there job. She really became more like a good friend than an estate agent. I would definitely recommend Ewemove.
