13th Oct 2020 (5 years ago)This was a challenging sale, in unprecedented times. When the sale appeared threatened by stalling solicitors Whitegates got ‘on the case’ and we sold the property, well done!!
24th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Have been horrifically harassed by my next door neighbour who Movemaker are letting agent for. Rang several times complaining of domestic abuse within the home (including police) and neighbour keying my car, tipping a FULL wheelie bin of his rubbish bin on to my property and throwing dog feaces while being verbally abusive, all when intoxicated. This letting agent ignored my complaints which has resulted in police and CPS involvement, also, I was informed by police that they were not letting the owner of property know all this abuse was happening to me and was kept a secret. I would not recommend anyone to rent their property through them.- 23rd Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)Wasted a hour of my time turned up 15 minutes early thinking they would arrive on time phoned after viewing time and said they could not come attend the viewing Absolutely disgraceful no respect for a person's time absolute waste of a company.
19th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)No nonsense local Meltham expertise. Property well photographed and presented. Sold within hours of going on the market. Most importantly, good communication, not always present in some businesses.
6th Jul 2026 (23 days ago)I would rate negative if I could. Think Homes happens to be renting out a property adjacent to mine. The issue on their property resulted in cutting the water supply for my property for 3 full days now. The agency would not answer the phone "because people take rest at weekends", they would not return messages either. Eventually managed to speak to the admin person Adil who was not particularly helpful. The manager Asif Gul is not available and not returning my messages either. The attitude is atrocious, the level of not caring is second to none. Checked the company info on Companies House register, not impressive. Ended up reporting to the Environmental Health. Recommend to stay away.I do not think the business even cares about the reviews, just trying to warn potential customers.

19th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Just completed on a property purchase in Ilkley and can’t thank Dale Edison enough for their determination to get the sale over the line. My case was long and complicated mostly due to my own circumstances but Molly was always so patient, considerate and efficient in moving us forward with each step and keeping everyone updated. At some point she was the only person who was responding to my emails and kept me in the loop with what was happening during the long and quite daunting process. Really felt very well cared for through the process and was nice to have a thoughtful and reassuring person on the other side to guide me. Huge thanks Molly and all.

We were selling a relative’s property from 200 miles away and Lorna could not have been more proactive and helpful. Communication was fantastic and she even kept her eye on our empty property.
