7th Nov 2019 (6 years ago)Hogans would not do repairs in the property I was living in so I had to move they also had me redecorate the house from top to bottom as I got down to the last room I came off the ladder and fractured my ankle evan then they wanted me to finish the decoration evan tho I had painted 3 of the rooms on more than one occasion due to damp and mold they had also left me over Christmas holidays with no hot water or heating

I have had a few delays in responses to maintenance requests, but they always come through eventually. I think they are an excellent team and are concerned about their clients.

Any maintenance issues or questions were tackled almost immediately, and their response times were consistently fast throughout my entire tenancy. ?It was an absolute pleasure cooperating with them over the last five years. I always felt looked after and respected as a tenant. I highly recommend Maxfield to anyone looking for a stress-free and genuinely professional renting experience!

6th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)I would rate negative if I could. Think Homes happens to be renting out a property adjacent to mine. The issue on their property resulted in cutting the water supply for my property for 3 full days now. The agency would not answer the phone "because people take rest at weekends", they would not return messages either. Eventually managed to speak to the admin person Adil who was not particularly helpful. The manager Asif Gul is not available and not returning my messages either. The attitude is atrocious, the level of not caring is second to none. Checked the company info on Companies House register, not impressive. Ended up reporting to the Environmental Health.
