Hannah was brilliant, she let us view the house in our own time, communicated quickly throughout the entire process, chased up any enquiries for us and got back to us quickly every time. She made the process much less stressful than I imagined it would be. If we ever sell we would choose Cowlings estate agents and I highly recommend them to anybody looking to buy or sell a property. Hannah was honest, easy to communicate with and brilliant at her job.

25th Sep 2024 (13 days ago)We had a very difficult transition with a a very short chain which took over 5 months to complete. However throughout, Adrian and his team at Torrington presented our property in a very professional manner. Communications throughout the period was handled immediately and rounded up at the end of the week, with a call to inform our weekly progress. Their assistance to our legal advisors, in their words was professional, logical and proactive. Lastly, they progressed the whole house sale and buying process with control and communication between Webbers, other EA’s and solicitor's all the way to completion and the day after to support their customer. Nice job!!

This was followed by periodic updates of how the visit was perceived. We were continually briefed by members of your staff and hence constantly kept in the loop. Am just now waiting to hear from the buyer. Thank you for your assistance with the sale of mum's bungalow.

They turned a very complex sale into a smooth and straight forward process.
