Terrible communication, unprofessional, and discriminatory practices ?Trying to book a viewing with this agency was a complete nightmare. You constantly have to chase them down—I had to call four separate times. I left two voicemails that were completely ignored, and on my third call, someone took my details and promised a call back that never happened. ?When I finally got through on my fourth attempt, the staff were incredibly rude and gave me conflicting, misleading information. Upon mentioning that I receive Universal Credit, the first staff member claimed referencing wouldn't accept Universal Credit at all—even after I explicitly stated I had a guarantor. When transferred to another staff member, he contradicted his colleague, but treated me with utter condescension for being confused by the misinformation they had just provided. ?On top of their awful communication, this agency demands sensitive financial documents (including third-party tax returns) simply to book a viewing. Forcing full financial referencing before a tenant has even seen a property violates data protection best practices and acts as an unreasonable barrier. ?As their calls are recorded, management should listen back to how potential tenants are treated. Between the ignored voicemails, rude phone manner, and prejudiced attitudes toward Universal Credit claimants, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.... Read more
