There is no option to give rating in minus otherwise I would definitively go for it. No answers to the inquiries sent to them for 3 days. When called, very rude answers. Also they can’t check who has inquired in their system. Most of the properties on their website with a tag of “AVAILABLE TO LET” are already gone since long. Fooling people. Better they shut their shops. ????

Disappointing service from Brian Cox. This applies to all their branches in Harrow, Greenford etc. as it’s all under one management team.
Given them a lot of business so the lack of responsiveness has been surprising and notable. There doesn’t seem to be any focus on customer service, just on making a commission.

Very poor service. They do not answer the phones after 3pm despite closing at 6:30. They have weekend staff who have no idea what the other agents have said or done in the week. I have been messed about for 2 weeks about a single property, which has led to me losing a potential flatmate as it was taking stupidly long. Very frustrating and time consuming when you are trying to move!

Initially, we were impressed enough to choose over other well known agents. But had a few let down areas, until a new Branch Manager took over towards the end of the sale and things improved greatly.

We bought a property through Brian Cox which has been the worst experience of our lives. First of all they misguided us by advertising the wrong measurements of the property, specially the single bedroom .We were shown a newly refurbished property which looked ready to move but several problems started from the very first days. Water leakage, broken boiler, broken bath shower, sewerage and drainage problems, noisy radiators because of blockage in the pipes. Brian Cox has misguided us and they never shared the contact details of the seller. I believe that Brian and Cox are equally involved in this fraud. I will never recommend anyone else. BEWARE OF FRAUDS.

Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for us to make informed decisions.

So...I'm going to view a property, the agent tells me he will send my an application to fill and he will get back to me. He never sent me the application, my husband called him again he promise to send the application. NOTHING!!When i have seen the property I have told him I can pay in advance for 6 months, we both working. Almost 2 weeks my husband called them regarding the property and he said that the landlord is abroad then the landlord is here now and everything is fine. Then today he called and told us that the property has been rented...but they have taken me in consideration...how they take me in consideration when they never sent me the application form???You make me waste my time. Lies...avoid this estate agency by any means! You don't deserve that 1 star just so you know

Simply the best! Azi Rahman came to value my property along with 2 other agents and I am so glad I instructed him to sell my house! His honest & personal approach was what made him stand out compared to all the other agents.
He was always contactable after working hours which I found amazing as I couldn’t get to the phone during working hours. He went above & beyond what was expected of an agent and made what a stressful process relatively stress free, his perseverance to get the exchange date agreed across the entire chain was amazing! I really can’t tell you how pleased I am with his service and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to sell their home to contact Azi at Brian Cox!
