We began with a single office In Greenford with simple ethics, treat every single customer and client the way you would wish to be dealt with yourself, we quickly grew our company to the point of being assessed independently as the best agent in our area, in fact in a survey carried out by the property ombudsman 100% of our clients said they would recommend us to a friend which is a service now offered from all of our six local offices working together.

We recently rented a house through Brian Cox Estate Agents. Sam was our primary point of contact along with Anil to manage our processes. We were looking at houses for almost a month and were being ghosted by many agencies after making offers. But the response time and transperency that we received from Brian Cox was unmatched. They also accomodated many of our requests like revisiting the house for measurements, changes to the contract, coordinating with the house owners and answering all of our questions. Since it was our first time searching a house by ourselves, I would 100% recommend contacting Sam and Anil purely because of the ease of getting things done.
P.s thank you for the wonderful welcome gift with a very thoughful collection of items. This gesture means a lot

just delisted my a1 refurbished house in wembley with them , after having sold with another agent , i was listed with brian cox for 5 months and had no viewings and no enquiries via the sudbury office whatsoever over this time period , they have taken 1st place as the worst estate agent in wembley , surpassing a previous experience with Daniels , so in conclusion given the choice of listing your property with brian cox , or jumping into an active volcano , take death by lava everytime , it will be less painful than dealing with these incompetent , non acting chumps of the highest order , you have been warned , and yep i have documentary proof to back up my review , simply atrocious level of non service or results !

I recently sold my property through Brian Cox estate agents - Sudbury Hill.
Kasru and his team were a pleasure to deal with from the start. Kasru managed to get several viewings for my property one of which eventually led to a sale.
I found Kasru to be very professional, polite and courteous. He always answered my calls and emails and kept me in the loop, he worked hard to ensure the sale went through - despite the buyer delaying for weeks on end.
Price wise, Brian Cox is reasonable compared to the competition.

Kasru, as a new branch manager at Sudbury Hill did a highly commendable job aiding us in the purchase of our first property. Right from the outset, due to the pandemic, we experienced several issues at every step of the process. Despite this, Kas always dealt with every problem efficiently by constantly chasing the solicitors by both calling and emailing them on a regular basis. Furthermore, Kas was very responsive and always made sure to keep us in the loop on any updates, almost everyday. Many a times, we felt that we would not reach completion due to unforeseen circumstances and never ending obstacles which seemed unsurmountable. However, Kas, with his charisma and positive attitude, always kept morale high and his continual enthusiasm saw us through to completion. We are extremely appreciative of Brian Cox's agents for their outstanding customer service, led by Kas and would highly recommend them. Thank you so much to Kas and the team!

Really good service from start to finish and particularly when a few issues arose towards the end of the process
The help and support was really appreciated
The only negative I have is that feedback on viewings was sometimes slow at the start but improved.

The service I received from Brian Cox was impeccable, the staff were extremely friendly and thoroughly helpful. Especially Jackie Moran who took care of my family and I as we were looking to buy our first home. Although we didn't end up buying a house from Brian Cox, I would still highly recommend anyone looking to move to use them as they are one of the best estate agents in the market today!
