From the listing of our property , through to the viewings and all the way through to exchange the team at the walderslade branch have been amazing.
So professional, polite … yet down the earth, you truly do feel that you are their only customer.
Kendell has been so lovely & great in helping us make this as much of a smooth transaction as possible, with great support from Dallas.
Great communication, always keeping us up to date along the way.

We cannot praise the staff at Robinson Michael & Jackson, Walderslade Branch enough for their assistance in the sale and purchase of our properties.
Joe Carey was great with the initial sale, ensuring the viewings were booked and coming through the door. Providing us with regular feedback.
Dallas Haley and Kendell Laretive were fantastic in the after sales and chasing the progression of our move. We were working to an extremely tight schedule, due to us expecting a new addition joining the family imminently. They worked with us to the last knockings to ensure it was all possible.

Although getting to an exchange of contracts took more than 6 months, it would certainly have taken longer without the diligence and persistence of the Walderslade Branch in dealing with the delays incurred by 1. the recommended conveyancer's unchecked automated dictation software and 2. conflicting factors relating to the sale. Excellent communication and client service.

I can’t recommend Robinson Michael & Jackson highly enough. All the staff, and particularly Kendell, were fantastic in getting through a difficult sale of my mum’s flat. We had 2 buyers who nearly completed and then had to pull out, a 3rd buyer who nearly completed and then had to wait for probate, and finally completed today. Throughout it all everyone at RMJ were supportive, helpful, patient, professional and always available. I can’t thank them enough and will actually miss our calls over the last 18 months. Would definitely use them again
