I recieved appalling service from Leeanne throughout the whole process of viewing and making an offer on a property. It started when I first called to book a viewing, she said ‘can you actually afford this though, you cannot view it otherwise’. We viewed the property with another agent, which was not rude but was half an hour late and caused us to missed the theatre! When my partner called to make an offer she said she would call us straight back for information and we waited 1hour 45mins! I had taken a couple of hours off work to try to sort the buying, so I was fuming! I called her back and the first thing she asked me was if I was married to my partner and then again could I actually afford this! I have no idea what planet this woman lives on, last I checked you didn’t earn thousands being an estate agent, and you certainly don’t earn a lot turning away customers. That was the end of us dealing with Greyfox. I warn you to avoid Leeanne if you actually want to sell a property.... Read more

We were lied to by Greyfox as we said we would not accept an offer until they had seen a sales memo for our buyers house to prove they were in a proceed-able position. We were called and this was confirmed. Once we had an offer accepted that agent checked the chain and informed us that there was no sales memo as we were told. I now know why we were called and not emailed as usual. We were in the process of transferring to another agent as we had, had no success with Greyfox and this caused us to stay with them and lose 2 other potential buyers because of their dishonesty....
