AIG Estates is not a very professional organization. However, I have no issue with the agents themselves; they can be quite helpful at times. Albeit, they are a bit lazy so don't always expect help. Their administrator on the other hand, is what appears to be, an uneducated and disrespectful person who doesn't know how to converse with people, and talks very disrespectfully. If you are looking to rent with this agency, and don't mind being spoken at disrespectfully/negatively, then I sincerely wish you the best in finding your ideal home. If I could add more stars then I would! The guys at AIG have been fantastic, absolutely assured and professional in dealing with every aspect of letting out my property. Once managed by AIG I have not had to lift a finger in dealing with tenants or the property itself. At AIG, they really do go that extra mile for their landlords. In the past I was against such management companies but ran into serious problems which AIG helped eradicate and am forever thankful. I would highly recommend Imran, Idris and Abbas to anyone that is thinking of letting out their property or any other parts of their service they offer. You can't be in better hands!!... Read more

Imran at AIG estates has been a god send! I have just renovated my elderly aunts house, as she has gone into a nursing home,ready for rental and I live in Suffolk. Imran helped in organising cleaners, gas engineers, carpet fitters and EPC certs. As I live away from the property he is fully managing it for us and the online statements of accounts are clear and easy to understand. He couldn't do enough for us and the wealth of knowledge and advise he gave us was great. There where no hidden charges and what he said would be charged was. The rental balance was in my aunts account the day after our tenants paid. Over the moon with the service - Thank you... Read more

I phoned to enquire about a property, and in return I got a very aggressive response, no open minded people working here, think they know it all. Prices are over the top, not priced according to the going market!! These kind of agencies are there to rip people off rather then help people.. I kindly suggested a quote regarding a property to rent, for which I thought the price was overly priced. The response in return was (before I even finished my sentence) was that I'm not here to be lecturered and the phone hang up.. In my entire property searching experience, must admit this has been the worst experience.. (Think the fast was getting to the guy who I spoke to, might as well go have some food with that attitude!!) I wouldnt even give a 1 star rating, however am obliged to as I need this message to be posted!! PLEASE DONT GIVE THESE GUYS ANY BUSINESS..... Read more

I had some dealings with Mr. Abbas in relation to letting our property. I was pleasantly surprised as to how honest and factual he was. Generally speaking, I do not have very high opinion of the estate agents. However I stand corrected. The letting industry needs serious cleaning up but having people like Mr. Abbas will go a long way. Wishing them all the best!! ... Read more
