It will have been nearly a year since my property went on the market. Sadly in the first instance I went with the wrong agent with the results being totally negative. Then I changed agents and went with Just Property, well things happened so fast I couldn’t believe it . The didn’t inflate the price of the house and got viewers through the door and got “sale agreed” which was the object of the exercise! I wish I had used Siobhan, Bexhill, from Just Property for the sale of my property, but luckily for me I purchased my new home through them. Siobhan was professional and honest from the moment I placed my offer until the end of my purchasing journey. And it was a journey! The only person to keep me updated on that roller coaster ride was Siobhan. And I am so very grateful, thank you. She is experienced in the whole conveyancing process and is not afraid to find out ‘what’s happening’ and keep me updated regularly. It’s a pity I cannot say the same for the other ‘professionals’ on my journey. Whether they had University degrees or not, and I had to deal with 3 lots of solicitors, they were mostly uncommunicative and appeared to be ‘on that slow boat to China’. I find their agents very friendly and responsive. They actually feel like they're trying to help you rather than just trying to sell stuff to you. They help sell a lot of lovely properties around Bexhill. They were also the quickest company to get in touch with me when I was enquiring. Update as of completion of sale: They were far more helpful and informative than the solicitors I used who were a nightmare! Very friendly and helpful the whole way with regular email updates and calls. They even gave me a bottle of wine when I picked up my keys. Highly recommended.... Read more
