Adams handled the purchase of our house in Winchcombe and they were an incredible help. It was a complicated sale made more difficult by the poor service from our solicitor and Ben and Kate were a brilliant help in navigating these challenges and keeping the sale on track. During the process of buying we encountered a number of agents that cover the area and found Adams to be the most genuine and enjoyable to deal with, with great knowledge of the town and surrounding areas. I would highly recommend.

Whilst not a client of Adams Estate Agents - we did purchase a property through them. From a purchaser’s perspective, they made the process of buying our home as smooth as possible, facilitating two short notice viewings (not always possible but a cancellation elsewhere helped!) and keeping us informed throughout both the negotiation and conveyancing periods. Should we sell our new home in the future, without question we would use Adams.

The sale of our house (through a different agent) was problematic, and Kate went above and beyond to keep the sale going through - often doing the job of our own estate agents for them! Ben, Kate and Adrian were all really helpful and friendly and always at the end of the phone when needed - nothing was too much bother. I would highly recommend Adams.

We chose Adams because we liked them so much when we first bought our property, just over 3 years ago. We found them helpful, professional and responsive. We were delighted with the service we received on our sale, which was pressurised because the buyers made their offer in October but wanted to move in by Christmas.
We received our offer within 2 weeks of putting the house on the market. Ben put the details onto Rightmove very quickly and took beautiful photos of our home. He also created a 360 degree walk through, which is very effective. They did all the viewings for us.
Although timescales were tight, thanks to heroic efforts from the Adams' team, we were able to exchange before Christmas. We actually completed on 9th January, so everyone had a relaxed holiday, knowing that things would very soon be sorted. The delays were due to people right at the bottom of the chain of 4 waiting for searches. We were at the top of the chain. Adams made sure that everyone communicated, even when everyone was snowed in for a couple of days. It speaks volumes for Adams that our buyers used Ben and Kate to chase up progress rather than asking their own estate agents, who were closer to the actual sale causing the delays. Either Ben or Kate chased every day, sometimes more than once, from mid-December, because some messages were not being passed up the chain properly. They gave us good advice and passed on messages promptly and effectively. If ever we sell another property locally, we will definitely use Adams again.

I highly recommend Adams Estate Agent if you are looking to rent a property. The whole process from the 1st call and visit to the day we got the keys was quick, efficient and smooth. They took care of most of the paperwork for us and all what we did was a few online stuffs which we could do at anytime during the day. That was great as we work in hospitality and our shifts could be anything. They registered us for all utilities so we had nothing to worry to start and now we only have to manage it.
