Professional, supportive, knowledgeable, honest and friendly are the words that come to mind when I think of the service I received from Joe and his team at Capital Estate Agents, Bromley. Joe kept me updated and was responsive from the first contact to the time when we were chasing the buyer for completion. Nothing seemed to be an inconvenience when I contacted Joe for an update on the status of the sale of my property in Hill House Mews. A potentially stressful journey was made smoother by the can-do attitude that the team displayed. I chose Capital Estate Agents after recommendation from a neighbour who had tried to sell her property unsuccessfully with several of the other estate agents in the area. Capital were the only ones who succeeded. The team at Capital Estate Agents dealt with the viewings and ensured prospective buyers were shown not only the property but the private grounds at the location. In particular I would like to mention, Harry for his enthusiastic approach during this process. I cannot thank Joe enough for his professionalism and integrity at all times. When we bought our first house, Joe from Capital Estates was brilliant. He helped as much as he could and his advice was priceless (not surprising since he has been the industry veteran with over 18 years of experience).. When the time came to move up in the property ladder, it was a no-brainer to contact Joe. However, we wanted to get comparisons so we have invited a bunch of estate agents to value our house. Out of all of them, Joe and Capital Estates were the only ones we wanted to go with, not only because of the experience but also because of the tech and the support they've offered. Any question, no matter how big or small was important and replied to, Joe has given us fantastic advice and helped us through this usually stressful period to make it calm and efficient. We viewed a rental property and put in an offer and was assured by the lettings team that everything would be ok for go ahead. After that we heard nothing for 5 days ! Ignoring calls and emails. It’s just unprofessional and rude. And then was met with a poor excuse about not getting the property. Wasted my time completely and was really frustrating as we loved the property. The lettings manager just blatantly ignored and avoided us for whatever reason and kept being told he would email and call to let me know and never did. Not given me much faith in this estate agents sadly.... Read more
