Awful, rude and completely UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

As a previous tenant of a managed property, I asked if Andrews could give the new tenants a quick call to see if my important tax letter had made it there by mistake. Oh no!! Too much to ask.
I was told by Rita that she was too busy to be speaking to me, couldn't do make this call for everyone so couldn't do it for me and that she had far too much to do.
As a property manager myself, I have done this many times for my previous tenants and even gone to a property to collect post for them and then delivered it to their new address! So to ask for a quick phone call was not much to ask AT ALL!
Rita was just incredibly rude and dismissive. I have spoken with a few members on the phone who sounds disinterested and truly dull! Thank god I never went to work for Andrews when offered! What an unprofessional bunch.

During what felt like the longest house selling experience of my life, the house is final sold.
I have to thank Marcus personally for his stirling work keeping everything on point when it derailed many times, no thanks to the antics and demanding behaviour of the other selling party.
Throughout the many challenges that the other seller posed, Marcus and the staff at Andrews remained professional, responsive and dedicated.

The rental side of the business is an absolute disgrace, lies, lies and more lies. The Senior Manageress (Bobby) lied to my mother (a pensioner) in order for her to take a tenancy. There is an air conditioning unit in the flat that my mother was swindled into renting for a year. Bobby the Senior Manageress said it was because the landlady has asthma but it's clearly because of damp and condensation problems. She went on to say it costs just pennies a month to run. It doesn't, it costs a fortune and it is so cold, my mother would need the heating on during Summer in order to stay there. My mother cannot stay there as it is so cold, dirty and the bills would be astronomical but they will not release her from her contract. Shameful.

Antoine and the team were excellent from start to finish. He quickly had answers to any questions and kept the communication between solicitors and our buyers moving.

We were particularly impressed that whenever we called with a question he would have the information at hand, understood all aspects of our case and on many occasions had already chased things before we had, it is very re-assuring to have someone like Antoine acting on your behalf giving good advice and keeping things moving.
