Avoid using Andrews letting if you can. Even with pestering their customer service is slow at best. For example it took me over three months and multiple international follow up calls to get my deposit back. If you're not interested in that sort of thing I recommend you use any one of the many other Oxford agencies.

Don't use Andrews if you can avoid it. My Experience is that they are disorganised, unhelpful and it can take months to sort out something which could be done in days. I found this both when entering and leaving my tenancy.

I recently chose to go with Andrews in Bexhill to sell my first property. I had initially tried a different local estate agent with very poor results. My main point of contact was Scott Rea and he was fantastic throughout the whole process. They got lots of viewings through the door and the property sold quickly. If I could leave 0 stars I would! Really disappointed to see as well that this agent has FAKE REVIEWS! I had a viewing confirmed by a Scott Rea who works for Andrews mid week and they have not turned up it was booked in for a property on Lavant Road in Eastbourne and I called to ask if anyone was coming as it had already been 20 minutes since the appointment was booked and his excuse was ‘I don’t normally do this so it seems very strange that it’s not booked it’ not even a SORRY!

Provided a good service to us as buyers acting as an intermediary. It was good to hear as well that a large proportion of their profits go to Oxfam. They should make that more widely known.
